Great customer service. I needed help finishing a lift project on my jeep and was quoted with an absolute fair labor time off the bat over the phone. Fair to say I was a little shocked and pleased at the honesty and straight forward answers over the phone. Shop works with items you purchase separately as well. No hassle and instantly felt valued at the shop. Wish I would have found them sooner.

Darren’s a good dude, recently installed my 5100s. When an annoying creak sound developed he diagnosed it to a problem with the diff drop from another shop. Didn’t charge extra. Would recommend!

Great experience with these guys. Called late in the week and they got me in for a lift-kit install and even came in on Sunday so I could pick up my Bronco. I highly recommend!

Offroadconcepts takes your truck apart in many tiny pieces. Afterwards demands more money from customer holding truck hostage.Bait and switch scam.Cookie cutter weak replies.Reply update: Malicious are your actions of scamming customers like myself. You say it doesn't make sense. It will not make sense for someone who doesn't want to acknowledge they are scammers. I was so stressed out because of what you did to me that day. Are you still making customers sign an open bill? Obviously you are going to deny it. People should think hard before going to OffroadConcepts scammers.

Had talked with Darren about installing a lift kit I had already ordered. Unlike other shops, they were fine installing the parts I brought to them. Now I did not end up using their services as money got real tight, however I wanted to post a review on the professionalism and fair prices they gave me. I didn't get any attitude or crazy prices that other shops and dealerships were offering. I had places quoting me 8hours for a simple 1.5" lift kit install when their own install manual says 2hours. Places quoting up to $1300 to install. Darren was straight up, polite, professional and honest. Even offered to give me a couple tips if I needed since I had to do it myself (again, due to my house plumbing going berserk and having to pay for that instead). I recommend these guys and will consult them first if I need anything next time!

My boyfriend was very satisfied with how his truck came out. My boyfriend was very concerned with ride quality and did not want to lose his factory ride. Darren recommend the best lift/tires and the truck still rides like new. I will be taking my own personal vehicle here and will make sure to refer family/friends looking to do anything to their rigs.

Brought a kit and got it installed here at ORC. Lifted my sequoia 4 inches and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The owner recommended the best tires that gave me a smooth and quiet ride while also giving me the aggressive look I wanted. Will definitely be coming back here for all of my trucks.

Cannot speak highly enough about this shop. They had the best price on a leveling kit for my 21 F-150 and managed to squeeze me in to their fully booked schedule when I had a rare window of opportunity to get away from work to leave the truck with them. If you need a customs shop, look no further!

I took my 2013 FX4 to Darren for a "squeak" issue, as well an extremely rough ride. Turns out the previous owner did not have the lift properly installed- pieces missing, thus causing (and verifying my concerns) many issues. Last March (2021) I had new Struts and Shocks installed at a local tire shop not named BIG "?" Tires. Turns out the issue could have been fixed then but instead I feel like they just took my money and put parts in that Darren needed to replace due to items being broken. All in all, I'm glad I took my Truck to Off-Road Concepts, and I appreciate Darren's honesty and communication. I'm thrilled with the way the truck handles and I am very grateful I was able to find a place I can trust.

Darren and his team did a fantastic job lifting my jeep. Darren himself also spent a lot of time with me choosing my wheels and tires. I got a great packaged deal, and my jeep was ready the day it was suppose to be done. I did a lot of shopping around and research, and I cannot say enough good things about Off Road Concepts. Exceptional pricing and even better customer service. They did a nice a leveling kit on my 2012 Silverado with wheels and tires. No rubbing and the truck rides smoothly like before.
