I was searching for a web developer shortly after my website started having issues with updates on WordPress because of all the old, outdated Plug-ins on my website. I own an antique and fine art shop and needed a quality website to display my items to my clientele. So, I did a search here on Facebook and found NXT GEN WEB and decided to give them a try based on the current reviews. Let's just say I'm really happy I did, from the beginning the project manager ANDREW was very patient. I explained everything that I was looking for in a website and the next few days he started. He kept in touch with me the entire time throughout the process, asking questions etc., making sure I was happy with what he was creating for me. I was excited as he kept me posted and I couldn't wait for the finish product. I now have a better looking, more manageable website that looks amazing and thanks to BOBBY PARSA and his team members especially Andrew, Lisa for all their hard work. They also educated me on the types of marketing that should be used for my particular industry, what my website should look like and how it should be structured, what kind of content was needed, etc. I realized my website and online campaigns are not a "set it and forget it" type thing but should be paid attention to over time. They set up Mouseflow on my website which lets us view recordings of people's website sessions as well as Google Analytics. This teaches us the behavior of my website visitors and allowed us to tweak it over the next three months. These little tweaks every week increased the number of calls I received. Combine this with a successful SEO campaign where my keywords are starting to reach the first page of Google, solid Facebook ads, and articles/blogs added to my website. My website traffic is steadily increasing as every month. In a nutshell, these guys are more than just web designers. They are business consultants and they know how to make a startup (or any business for that matter) successful by using all of the strategies available on the Internet. Choosing them was the best decision I've ever made and I'm excited to see further growth using their knowledge.
