“I’ve been visiting rainbow gardens for over 20 years. I have way too many plants, but I always find “just one more special friend” I’m forced to add to our ever-growing forest and foliage fam. It’s my happy place. ?”
“Augustine was so helpful and nice and help me pick the perfect birthday gift for a friend! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and even help me load the pot and plant into my vehicle.”
“This place was so cool! They had baby ducks and chickens and everything you might need for so many types of pets! I went in looking for rat poison but had to jump on a client call and didn’t get to go back and buy anything. But when I need something for a pet, I will definitely keep this place in mind. People were friendly and the place was really cool!”
“Purchased 2 Mountain Laurels today from our favorite Garden Center and Alex Zavala delivered and planted them as well. He removed a dying Sago Palm and expertly prepared the ground for the new shrubs. Alex is a very personable and professional young man and we will be coming back to Fanick's and Alex for our future gardening needs.”
“Really my favorite garden nursery still. They are always nice and, while it can be hard to find an expert to ask questions, it's well worth the search. I'm also really grateful for the blog, free gardening classes, and online plant database. They really give you so much support for gardening in a somewhat harsh environment. Not only that but they also support eco friendly practices that make sense. ?I also think they have some of the best prices in the area.”
“Beautiful tranquil shady oasis... Great place to go for ideas and mature healthy plants of all types and habitats. Everything is clearly labeled and beautifully arranged. And best of all the prices are reasonable ?? ?”
“Awesome place to buy an assortment of pretty flowers and plants. Staff member Cortney was exceptionally nice and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the service was excellent.”

“People love to hate on Home Depot, but what would we do without them? They only have what we need about 70% of the time. The keys they make never fit the first time. Everything they have is from China. But what would we do without them? The best thing about Home Depot is the employees. They’re all down-to-earth. People with good understandings of our needs. Most of the employees have been sweet and helpful. Even though I cringe when I have to go to Home Depot, I realize that they have made my life so much easier, thank you Home Depot and like all the rest of us try to do better.”
“Tammy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient with looking into everything that I was interested in. Alot of people dont belong on the other end of a customer service line, but Tammy is well qualified for her job and it was an absolute pleasure being helped by her. Thank you Tammy, I hope your pillow stays cool every night. ?”

I guess the staff member didn't like a heavy metal t-shirt because they were wearing a crucifix asking me what's up with my t-shirt and said that they didn't like it because it looked like it was devil worship. I would suggest that the staff keep their opinions to themselves and just make my keys whenever I ask them to.”
“Just want to give a shout out to Diego excellent employee very patient and knowledgeable. We were down there at the store on Sunday. We asked about tools where they were what specials they had was outstanding with what he helped us out with. Just wanted to let management know that he is awesome thank you again Diego for helping us out.”
“Needed mulch in outside garden. Waited for associate. Was no show. The young man at customer service helped load it for Husband. Name Steven around 2:30pm. Very hot out.”
“Had a great experience with TONY at this Home Depot. Looking for a peg that has been missing in a cabinet for some time. He assisted me find the aisle (I get overwelmed in this store) and troubleshoot when I could not find the exact one I THOUGHT I needed but indeed did not. Went home worked perfectly. Loved that he took the time to help me figure out what I needed.”
“I had a problem with a recent appliance purchase. I had tried to contact the manufacturer, but was unable. Otis, the manager, took his valuable time and spent 45 minutes contacting the manufacturer for me and got an appointment made for someone from the manufacturer to come to my house to address my problem. His patience was admirable and his desire to help commendable. I only wish every employee was as caring. Thank you, Otis.”

I've found that first thing in the morning is when I get best results as far as assistance and quicker checkout time. We usually get our paint and lumber from this location. Love the military discount as well.”

After I bought my items and was about to leave, my car didn't start like always, and this time it was being more difficult than usual. Luckily, these two employees, Erica and Richard, helped get my car starting and gave me advice what to do next time. I am grateful to them, so Home Depot should be glad to have such fine employees.”
“Katherine at the pro desk section is very professional and helpful!
She patiently worked with me to figure out a way to use the remaining balance of my gift card for part of my purchase. She also provided lots of good advice to make it like a breeze for me to find the items that I needed.”

2658 SW Military Dr, San Antonio“So, I used to be a Lowe's girl, but, recently, I have found Home Depot to have a better selection of plants - and plants is what I have wanted lately. We got some beautiful Gardenia plants. First, I only got one, but when I saw how pretty it was, and that the deer didn't bother it, I decided to pull up some unhealthy and ugly looking Rosemary plants and plant more Gardenias. They look lovely - such an improvement! I also got a couple of Jasmine plants, some Lantana and a couple of Salvia plants. During the quarantine, we have taken the opportunity to spruce up our home and landscaping, and Home Depot has been very useful. We got Granite Grip, a coating for concrete, to use on our front porch and walkway. I also want to get new cushions for an outdoor settee, and some solar lights. We're on a roll!”
“Sometimes it is difficult for you to find someone who is in charge of electricity when you need cable cuts, otherwise we all know home depots, you regularly find what you are looking for, so always check them online”
“I like going to Home Depot to find all of my home improvement supplies. This locations was well kept and I was able to find everything I needed. Prices are good compared to other home improvement stores.”
“We were doing a PVC pipe diy project for our baby. Went to Lowe's and they said they wouldn't help cut the pipe. So we gave this Home Depot a call to see if they would help us cut the pipes to fit in our car. Joel came to the rescue! No fancy saw, he just whipped out some PVC pipe scissors, measured and cut us over 10 cuts. We really appreciated his help!”

“I placed a store pickup order and I received the confirmation my order was ready within minutes! I drove to the curbside to get my order and the employee was already outside waiting for me so I didn’t have to wait at all. Excellent service!”
“I recently had a frustrating experience at Home Depot while searching for screws. The store felt chaotic, and despite wandering the aisles for what felt like ages, I couldn't find the specific screws I needed. I tried to flag down an employee for assistance, but it seemed like everyone was too busy or simply unavailable. I ended up feeling lost and ignored, which added to my frustration.
In stark contrast, my visit to Ace Hardware was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff eager to help. They quickly guided me to the screws I needed, and even offered suggestions based on my project. The personal attention made all the difference, turning what could have been another tedious errand into a pleasant shopping experience.
Overall, my trip to Home Depot left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, while Ace Hardware proved to be a welcoming and helpful alternative. I’ll definitely think twice before returning to Home Depot for my hardware needs.”
