Followed Dr Diaz from a different location. Spectacular service as always! He was my vet for over 10 years and I had to follow him. No other vet has shown as much love and care to my pets.

Dr. Sutter really knows how to handle birds. She diagnosed our bird's issue and took care of part of the problem for us . Thank you, Dr. Sutter Her assistant was very good with handling the bird as well. Dr. Sutter was very client oriented. She took time to come out to the waiting area to meet and greet us and to talk about Pia's beak problem. Thank you.

Took my doggie in for his check up. We usually see Dr. Byrd, who we are always very pleased with. This visit we saw Dr. Diaz, who was just as wonderful. The entire staff was polite & professional. Thank you all so much for the love, care and attention you provide. We feel very loved.

We are always impressed by both the knowledge and compassion that all staff possesses! Whether Checking in, visiting with a tech or setting one of the vets there, we have been so well taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Byrd and her staff. Thankful we can trust our pets health with them. We highly recommend!

Pros: Staff and vets are great, competent people.
Cons: Expensive. Forces you to physically pick up your pet’s prescription, which is a pain when you work a full time job and have multiple pets who need special diet or Prozac. Can’t give you a good reason for that other than it’s “policy”. Won’t write rx for pet special diet (which he will need forever regardless) unless you take it for an annual exam even though it’s barely been 10 months since last visit. Harder to get an Rx for a cat than it is for a human.
I use Chewy pharmacy and they have the ability to verify electronic prescriptions. The cons are inconvenient enough that I will be switching vets.

I brought my Quaker parrot here for a check-up and beak and nail trimming. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to see him during the treatment, so I have no idea if anything was actually done. Shortly after the appointment, my bird started acting strangely and flying differently. It turns out that his beak was overgrown, causing him to have an underbite, even though it was supposed to be trimmed during the appointment. When I called the office, they said I would have to pay for another check-up and beak trim. I'm concerned that they're not taking proper care of my bird and are causing unnecessary stress for both him and me. JUST A REMINDER HE JUST HAD HIS BEAK TRIM 2 WEEKS AGO! Before the appointment he was fine and happy and had a normal beak. This place has really gone down hill and it upsets me, they do not care about your animals at all! they just want money

Used to love the vet but between not telling me about reactions to medications that occured during surgery until it happened multiple times and adding optional injections that were meant to be stopped I've lost a lot of trust in them.

They are truly awesome. They always greet flora with such kindness and love. The staff upfront are very knowledgeable, especially because I called often when I first got her. They always answered questions. If they didn’t know or had to check with the vet, they got back to me within a couple of hours.
Dr Diaz and his team are truly a blessing. He is amazing with Flora. And always reassures me on all my questions.

Both of our dogs have received excellent care from the entire staff at Northern Oaks. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve taken my dog marble for 11 years now, currently struggling with her health we are resorting to laying her to rest. When we called for availability and pricing they had the nerve to tell me that marble needed her rabies shot as well. It’s the law. Wow. They will constantly juice you when the time is right. I’ll never be back.

Brought my bully puppy here and it was a nice experience. Staff were knowledgeable and experienced in their field & nice! I would return to this clinic for any future visits for any of my pets.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They certainly care about their patients. Dr. Sutter was so patient and does a great job of explaining the situation as putting you at ease. I'd definitely recommend this place for your fur babies.

I'd recommended my brother bring his dog here as I had had good experience many many years ago in the past but I was a little put off with his visit. His frenchie was not doing well and we needed to have labwork ran. It had been over two weeks and we had not heard back from them on any results. My brother is very patient so he was assuming there was some kind of hold up but finally I told him he needed to call them. It turns out that even though I provided all updated contact information, they were calling an old phone number that's been out of service for over 10 years. I sent an email requesting that they update their contact information and never got a response back. I do not believe I will be referring this hospital any more and my family will go elsewhere. I've worked in the Vet Med industry for over 10 years and I expected better communication, so this was very disappointing.
EDIT: Hello, I know for a fact the first email I sent on May 15 with his records and updated contact information was seen and received as they discussed the previous HX with my brother. I sent another email last Friday May 31 asking that the contact information to be updated as previously requested. Neither time did I receive an email back confirming receipt or any other kind of response. So yes the email on May 15 was received. Thank you, Dr. B!
