I recently bought my Lexus RX 350 from Chelley Mendoza at North Park VW mid December 2923. I keep cars a long time and had not been in the car market since 2018 (which is a shorter time than I expected). In this latest search, I had been in the car market since October 2023 and it is a completely different market. Folks were trying to sell cars at a premium that they were unwilling to repair, dressed up lemons…which is nothing like I was used to. I’m from DFW but found the car at North Park on Edmunds and it was reasonably priced with minor interior cosmetic damage on the center console. It was what I was used to in a car search. I decided to make the trip and called North Park to see if the car was still available. Chelley answered the phone that evening and proceeded to give superb customer service from the moment she picked up the phone until I left the dealership with the car (which the center console was fixed and they put two tires on the car along with some other fixes to make it lot ready). I am so happy she picked up the phone! She made the trip worthwhile. Also; after purchasing the car, she and Jerry (the manager) even gassed up the Lexus I purchased AND the rental I drove to San Antonio! What a class act.I did not know anything about this dealership before this insane car search but now that I know they exist, I will always look to see what they have before purchasing another car. Chelley’s customer service and the dealership’s standards were so impressive that my mom will also consider North Park and work will work with Chelley when she is ready to purchase her next car. It was an amazing experience in this bleak car market. Give them a shot to earn your business! You won’t regret it.

I came here for a trade in and walked out with my dream truck! Thank you so much to Chelley Mendoza for helping my family and I with a sweet and smooth process. As well to the financial manager Jamal, he made sure we got the best deal with our purchase. Honestly, in my previous 2 dealerships I’ve had a horrible experience, and VW was exceptional! I will definitely be coming here again for my next purchase. Thank you VW!

I recently just purchased a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport and our sales consultant, Mark Fultz, was incredible. My husband had been working with him for over a year and he was patient, timely and by the end of it became a friend. Amazing experience the whole way through. We pulled off the lot and both agreed we will always purchase our vehicles with North Park, and with Mark!

My rating is five star- my recent experience with North Park Service was superior. I drove into North Park without an appointment for an oil change. I was greeted promptly by a dealer staff and advised the oil change request would be handled by Jeremie Schultz . The entire process was handled so professionally and friendly. I stepped into the waiting area and had a delicious cup of coffee. The oil change was done promptly and efficiently. Jeremie included a car wash and he explained the review on my car in detail. I am so grateful to have someone like Jeremie. I trust his experience and he does a great job with the service work on my car. The team at North Park is superior. They take care of their customers.

Eric was fantastic to work with. It made car buying from further away easy and seamless. This was our second purchase with Eric. We lost our car in the hailstorm last month after only having our Atlas for almost 2 years this coming Feb. Eric was able to answer our questions, provide updates on inventory and gave updates on our vehicle when it arrived from port/transport. Th am you Eric. If we have anyone to recommend or find ourselves needing a vehicle, we’ll be back.

Workers were lazy and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing whatsoever. I dropped my car off knowing exactly what's wrong and exactly what needed to be fixed they said it'd be ready next day by 1 i call next day at 3 and they hadn't even looked at my car yet. Told me it's be another day or id have to wait all weekend. Workers had a terrible attitude and would talk but not answer any of your questions.They also want to charge you $300 just to tell you what's wrong when you told them that that's what you're bringing your car there for. Total money scam they work on commission so they're gonna try to convince you to pay for every little thing you don't need. Would highly recommend just going to a small garage mechanic who's cheaper and acts like an actual person not some money seeking robot.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and nice. Especially Kat, she was really patient and thorough on every aspect of the sale. She explained and clarified, in detail, to make sure my wife and I would understand every function of our new vehicle. She also went above and beyond in getting the vehicle my wife was truly wanting.Jerry (sales manager), Danny(Finance Manager) and Mark (Sales Associate) were all great to work with as well. Not pushy at all, always very attentive and genuine.

First off, let me say… I was greeted with kindest sales lady ever, Natalie Matta!When I told her what I needed; and then what I wanted, she already knew what would be the perfect fit! She pointed me in the direction of a 2021 Dodge Ram Big Horn Edition! Which is perfect for pulling my BBQ Competition trailer around Texas. It does it with ease at that! ?She was very knowledgeable on the vehicles she had in the lot!If you’re looking for a new/used vehicle, definitely give Natalie a shout! She made the buying process easy and quick! Couldn’t be any more thankful for exceptional service she provided!

Eliud really went out of his way staying in contact w/ me throughout the whole car purchasing process. any other dealership would’ve given up like b4. Eliud and Jamal were able to get me approved for my dream car and for that I’ll be forever be grateful. Hospitality is 100%. Amazing people all around. I don’t even leave reviews bc no one impresses me to leave one but man, Eliud and Jamal did their thing. Mad love and respect for those 2 dudes.

Customer Service was Above & Beyond at every interaction. First the Service Advisor, Steve, was very helpful, friendly & went out of his way to assist, even taking me for a test drive in a car i had just purchased for my Granddaughter. Second interaction was the Parts Manager, Rex. I had purchased a part that was going to require a technician to install. Rex actually went over to the service department & talked to a mechanic about the cost of installation & what was going to be involved. Wow.These are Great examples of what Great Customer Service is All About! We'll be back whenever we need service again! Thank You!

Paid $500 to hold a vehicle during the purchase process. Prior to running my credit, upon meeting with financing we could not come to terms because they were not willing to disclose all my own information from my credit rate sheet. Stating "that information is proprietary dealership information". After two months since the deal did not go through and never have received my reimbursement, I been following up. Trini simply passed the buck, since he didn't make the sale. Jerry Macias is always in meetings and unable to take your call. Have yet to receive my reimbursement.
