This review is specifically for their sales business practices. I shopped around at a variety of dealerships for a car. I got in contact with a salesperson here (I won’t name because I don’t know that it matters, since everything was being run by “his manager”), and after a few texts got an emailed WRITTEN offer for a car with an out-the-door price I was good with. I asked explicitly to confirm this was an out-the-door price for a car with a specific VIN (copied from the email they sent), and got a response that it was.
“It’s a deal”, I typed confidently in response.
Welllll, then it got dicey. Suddenly, while at the same time trying to arrange a day to pick up the car as well as put down a deposit to hold it, they say they had forgotten to add the “dealer inventory tax”, so my “out-the-door price” would be higher than what we had JUST agreed to. When I tried to insist that they honor the written contract we had established, I was told that he would “run it by his manager” in the morning. Then nothing for 3 days, despite my repeated contact for updates.
When he finally got back to me, it was “sorry, we could only hold the car for 2 days, and now it’s sold”. But he was happy to see if I was interested in ANOTHER car, pretty much the same but $1000 more with a moonroof.
No interest in dealing with a company that won’t honor what they agree to, so I took the price to another (more local) dealership and they matched it, even though the car had a higher sticker price and some more options.
9/14/24 update: despite assurances that they would “resolve my issue” if I contacted them directly (see reply to my review), they continued to simply ignore. I emailed both people suggested, and my message went into a black hole and I never got a reply. Checks out.

They aligned the car by rotating the tires.
On the highway, a combination wrench left by the technicians came out from under the car. Fortunately, it did not hit another car.
