I had my service appointment with Dalton. I was greeted as I entered the service area. He went over everything with me of what my car needed. He told me the time I could expect to wait... spot on! He kept in touch with me during the service including the video of my car. I had outstanding service! Thank you!! Got my first Subaru product. In the last 25 years- Experienced all kinds of 4WD and AWD brands before now wondering why I didn’t try Subaru. The Symmetrical AWD is Impressive and price point is wayyyy cheaper than what I used to buy. Now a Subaru convert!

The subaru north park in san antonio texas did a great job at taking care of my vehicle. They were courteous, very professional and diagnosed right down to the details of the issue. It took a few days but it was worth it.

I came here after 2 weeks of visiting other places. I went to another Subaru place and as you can see, I ended here.
Chris P was very patient as I drove two types of cars. I was a late night customer and the whole team was still very friendly and I still got to leave with my car. This is the first Subaru I’ve owned AND driven.
There were no number games, website was accurate. Fair on trade for the most part.
This place was so good and Subaru is prob the best JDM on market right now and 100% the best value. I may be a Subaru person now And all my needs will be done with North Park in mind. I’m trying to send my son up there this week to get a crosstrek.

Alex is amazing! I appreciate him taking the time to help and answer any questions I had about the service to our SUV. He also provided us with a rental since we lived so far and needed to leave our SUV with them. North Park Subaru's service is fantastic. If you have a Subaru and need a good service provider, this is a place to go. The staff members are all kind and helpful. Nothing but good things.
