Worst dealership ever! The service department straight up sucks. They are lazy to even look up if my car still under warranty. Which I already knew because i went to another dealership, but I decided to go to north park because i move towns. I rather drive extra 20 minutes to another dealership. The sales department and parts are really helpful, but service sucks. Don't trust them.

We took our Outback in for a relatively simple repair, with a paper detailing what was wrong with it from another dealership. They told us they could get it back to us three days later by noon. They didn’t even look at the car to ensure the diagnosis was correct until day of, and didn’t start the repair until 1030, making is very late to leave already before telling us there was another problem, that they could have discovered if they didn’t ignore our car for a solid three days. A lot of the employees also lack professionalism, which wouldn’t be a problem if the service was completed in even a somewhat timely manner. Do not recommend bringing your car in for anything past a simple service.

I greatly appreciate their teams approach and commitment to customer care. It was my first time working with North Park Subaru and I will absolutely be returning along with advising my friends and family to head this way. I received amazing service while buying a car here. No matter what was in the way the dealers and repair team took on the challenges and treated me perfectly the entire time. I highly recommend coming here for used or new vehicles. I've said it to the team plenty of time but to the team who took care of me, thank you so much for all of the support and getting me back on the road after the accident I had. Y'all are the best!

I unfortunately did not get the name of the young man who assisted me but he was extremely helpful. He was pleasant and kept me updated throughout my visit. He went above and beyond just getting me in and out. I waited while my vehicle got worked on and everyone inside that I had contact with was very friendly. I was absolutely pleased with my visit and would come back. The thank you card was a nice touch.

I highly recommend doing business with North Park Subaru. They give exceptional service. Today I had my oil changed, and that was a positive experience. The waiting room is pleasant with windows to look down and see the maintenance people at work on my car. Water and snacks were available. The company recycles all possible items consumed in the waiting room. My service rep updated me in person on the status of the oil change. I love the fact that the company gives a complimentary car wash after they complete the service.

The dealership is absolutely top-notch! They were on time with my service, offered excellent pricing, and extremely professional! Especially Moses- that guy is a class act and just an overall great person! This was my first time taking my Subaru to this dealer since I do not live in San Antonio, but they made me feel like a special and familiar customer. The waiting area is very comfortable as well. When I visit San Antonio, North Park Subaru of San Antonio is my #1 choice to give the best care and service to not only my Subaru, but to me as well!

The customer service was outstanding! Having a loaner made taking in my car so convenient and definitely affected my choice of where to take my car. I appreciate getting the video of my car to show the condition of the parts. The text updates were very convenient too. Lastly, after thorough inspection, the detailed quote listing all parts, services & prices up front was nice to have. The invoice clearly explained everything with no surprise charges or last minute price increases. This left me with the sense of being well cared for & not ripped off. You can expect me to be a loyal customer for all my car's maintenance needs. Great job!

This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Let's see I walked in to buy a car cash, said the only thing I absolutely DO NOT want is a sedan. I want an SUV. Somehow they talked us into a Legacy. Secondarily it was a car that was a dealer used car, so we had to wait two weeks for the second key to be mailed in from some dealer members son who was using it previously... it's been three months still no one has called me to replace the windshield or returned my 6 calls about it. The guy who sold it to me is gone now, they ran like chickens with their heads cut off for this second key, and oh wait it doesn't even work the battery is not only dead it's gone. You'd think maybe they would check that... the service department was nice and friendly and quick, but the service area is supremely lacking and basic. I should have stuck with Lexus North Park because they are simply amazing. So if you want a 3-6 month headache and to be completely forgotten shop here. If you want a personable staff who remembers your name and face and greets you as such go around the corner to Lexus. Sad being that it's all the same company who runs both but one is terrible and one is beyond excellence.

What excellent service I got at North Park Subaru. ♥️ It was really cold inside the dealership and one of the salesman offered to go get my jacket out of my vehicle. I was brought complimentary, coffee and snacks as well. I guess it’s true…you get what youd pay for. I was extremely happy with the young man that was taking care of me. I almost forgot to mention that I even got a complementary car wash! I get in my vehicle and I have this thank you card. ??

The team Alex and Chris were super great. My car was just out of warranty when my cameras were shot, and they were able to advocate for me and get it fixed. They also got me back home and back to the dealership really quickly. Tony and I bonded over New England is the absolute best and biggest sweetheart. Made me feel so welcome. Great service.

This place just flat-out sucks for parts. If you call, you'll never speak to anyone. If you go in, they'll never have the part. They won't even voluntarily search other subaru dealerships for the part you're hunting down. I feel like they're only open for their service department.....and the fact they hide it downstairs kind of sends the thought home. Go elsewhere and save frustration

I appreciate the flexibility of the staff and great customer service and care for my preventive maintenance. The staff were very approachable. I decided at first to wait for the car but changed my mind to drop it off and come back for it. They even offered free carwash for my car despite knowing they are already having a lot of customers and near closing of office hours. The environment is relaxing with the free snacks and coffee in the waiting area. It was nice meeting Derek again after a year. Appreciate him who delivered my car from San Antonio on the way to Laredo. Still able to communicate and helps me through my first year transition in navigating my crosstrek and every concerns I had in mind. May you continue to be strong Subaru Fam! ?

I definitely recommend Roger Shaw and Subaru North Park for all your car needs especially if you want peace of mind and want your loved ones in a safe car. My sister needed a car for college and our plan was to dealership hop and just have a look at a bunch of cars and then narrow it down at the end of the day. But as soon as we walked up to the dealership Roger greeted us and asked us for all our wants and our budget. He ended up showing us a beautiful used car with a good amount of milage for its year. He was very knowledgeable about the car and all it's features (safety, tech, comfort, ect.) We took the car out for a drive and he answered all our questions while on the drive. When we got back my sister was convinced that this was the car for her. We went back into his office and he got everything in order for us. While we signed papers and such we got a glimpse of him outside working hard on getting the car cleaned and perfect for us. Before we could drive away he went over all the features of the car once again. He then called us the next day to check on us and see how we were doing. Roger was extremely friendly and definitely cared that we got the car we wanted and needed while still in our budget. Do your self a favor and ask for Roger Shaw if you're ever at the Subaru north park dealership.
