I've taken my 2013 Impreza here for A/C troubles for the past few months, at first they replaced the Compressor O-ring, didn't fix it. I then had the compressor assembly replaced (about $1300) that didn't fix it. They then quoted me another $1300 to replace the instrument panel wiring harness (unnecessary), I declined the wiring harness install because the only problem was the connection between the harness and the AC control panel. I replaced the wiring, (see photo 1 to see burnt connection) then yesterday (08/16) the compressor clutch stopped engaging (on a brand new compressor assembly). I take it by on Thursday, 08/17, the advisor tells me to bring it by the next morning. So I drop it off the next day at 9:30am (08/18) I swing back by at 3:45pm and they tell me they haven't gotten to it and will have to schedule an appt for next week. Why tell me to bring it by if they're not even going to get to at least diagnosing it that day. As a returning customer I've had my time wasted multiple times over a simple AC repair.

These guys suck! I told the service guy to not move my seat and he laughed at me like I was below him. Then they go and charge me 800$ for service and had my car the whole day and didn't even wash it after I spent 800$ on service. They also moved the seat. Will never go back there for service because of this. What a joke of a service department should be embarrassed.

I am completely satisfied and thankful for the service department at North Park Subaru DominionWe recently were on a road trip, passing through the San Antonio, area, and had the nightmare scenario of our car breaking down in the middle of nowhere on a Friday afternoon. We called every local mechanic we could to help, but no one would until we got ahold of Roy at North Park and he completely saved the day. He quarterbacked the whole stressful process, made sure we had clear instructions on where the tow truck should drop the car after hours, made sure the team there started working on the car first thing in the morning on Saturday, then communicated clearly with us when the car was ready to pick up. Roy and the service team saved our vacation!It was amazing to find a service department / mechanic that put so much effort and attention into getting us back on the road rather than just treating us like another number. Thank you for the personal attention and great repair!

I have bought several cars from dealership and it has always been great-no hassle great salespersons and never any hassles. Now that I have me car I deal with the service department now. They are equally as perfect as the the sales room. My car gets great care, I am always informed as to what's going on and my car always gets a bath! Great place to do business.

First time buying here. Extremely satisfied with the customer service & care. Our sales person Olivia was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking for. She was patient with us as we couldn't make a decision right away! She took time & we didn't feel any sales pressure or rushed. She gave us one of the greatest buying experiences! Staff was friendly. Service team member Celina was courteous & took care of our car as promised. The detailing of our car from service dept was on point!Dealership is beautiful & the lobby area is relaxing & comfortable Along with some delicious coffee & snacks!

If you want to be yelled at because you're mistaken for an employee (who treats their employees like that anyway?) then come here. When I decided to leave and not get service I said, "I'll never come back here" the GENERAL MANAGER said "I don't blame you". Real class act. Subarus are great cars but do yourself a favor and avoid the dominion.

Once sale is confirmed they will start ignoring you and any pending service or work that needs to be done will require multiple trips to the store and numerous phone calls. Each time they will say they are busy and call back soon but never will and if you go to the store they will Make you wait for two hours

This place is the worst for service ever. I've taken my Subaru Forester there multiple times. The first one was to fix the AC, after almost $2,000 worth of repair and three visits where they told me "it was something else" the AC was never fixed and I went somewhere else. The latest was with a transmission issue. I took my car to my mechanic and he said it had to be fixed and the dealership. So I reluctantly took it back to this place, I took my car in fully functioning with only a dashboard light blinking. $2,200 later, when I took it out of the dealership my car was making a crunching sound and it was stalling. So I drove it back and asked them to fix it. They say it's going to cost $8,000 more to fix and also give me the news that my car no longer runs because they tried to fix the issue and it didn't work?? My car that I brought into the dealership driving no longer drives and they want ME to pay THEM $8,000 on top of the $2,200 that I already paid?! Save your money and your time and go LITERALLY anywhere else but here. It made me think twice about ever owning another Subaru since I am now on the task of buying a new car because mine NO LONGER DRIVES.

North Park lineup continues to impress!!! It would be a different world if more dealerships would practice the Integrity and TRUE Customer Service that NP Subaru provides. From our first contact with Chris Tavarez to out the door post financing, the entire process was smooth and pleasant! I truly cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The way they conduct business is the reason we'll be repeat customers when the time comes!!!

I was originally helping my daughter buy her first car on her own . I have purchased 3 cars from this auto group in the past and was always happy. Northpark Dominion did not have an Outback xt to test so we went to Gillman. We were treated way better than I had expected. I placed an order for an onyx xt that was en route and my daughter placed an order for a green outback limited xt from N.PDominion with Taylor. I will just say that everyone was excellent at Gillman. I was sold my Outback at 1500 under invoice. I was very pleased from the start to the end of the sale. My daughters purchase , not so much. I get the feeling that Taylor has forgotten customer service since the supply line shortage. It seemed as if she was bothered when requesting information. Taylor snapped at me in a text which I still have saved. Taylor spent 5 minutes showing my daughter the options. Over all, I observed her and the manager chuckling, she stated "we are a msrp dealership, look at my reviews. Taylor had offered us 500 off on my daughters car as well as matching the carmax offer for her trade. They failed to do either. In finance we wanted the 8/120 gold warranty and I was offered a price 700$ over what I paid at Gillman. We bought nothing else from Northpark and the next day we bought our warranty and $2500 in extras at Gillman. The bottom line is Gillman treated us like they wanted an ongoing relationship and North Park Dominion treated us like we were nobody. Took every penny they could get. I loved Northpark in the past but they need to remember the supply chain issues won't last forever, you may actually need more customer service training.
