Thanks to Rocky, Chris, Moses, Ricky and Heather (and everyone else at NPL). Great job communicating via online while I was planning my move to SA and then for the great service in person after I got there and was ready to purchase. Efficient and friendly service. I was there 1.5 hrs for my car purchase. Very rare to go so quickly. The car was in great shape and ready to go. Many thanks to all. I recommend this dealership.

I had been shopping for a car for 3 months. I had to brace myself before going into each Dealership to get through the pushy salespeople until going to North Park Lincoln. Being greeted by Greg in the parking lot was a delight. Casper was very professional and upfront in showing the vehicle and providing all of the necessary information. Shelby was very helpful in obtaining the most appropriate payment options. I would highly suggest dropping by.

If it weren't for Moses Perez being the awesome, respectful, polite and unwaveringly helpful salesman that he is, I would have gone elsewhere to buy a car. He sold me a 2020 Corsair and has continued to help answer questions about it. He is the only one who seems to know about the Corsair model. My daughter also bought a 2020 Corsair from him and that is the reason I chose to go to NPL. Moses is a hidden gem there! I highly recommend him.

Worst service ever trying to purchase a vehicle, first when I requested more information first thing salesman ask for is a $500 deposit! Note I havnt even seen or got any info about the vehicle and already trying to take a deposit, also how does the salesmen take a deposit after ours while not at the dealership over the phone? Makes no sense. Next Day talked to salesmen and had already filled out application to purchase once again salesmen was persistent on getting that $500 deposit. Didn't hear back about my application, but of course got a text from salesmen asking for picture of my card to take the deposit! This is ridiculous to me. So I waited the day out still not hearing back from salesman. Next Day I asked for updates with my application, once AGAIN wanted my card info!!! I told salesmen I will not leave a deposit till I hear what's the status of my application if I was approved or not???? Cricketssss.... never heard back from salesmen or anyone from the dealership after i didnt wanna give my card info! Total scam!!! Ran my credit for nothing I will be making reports to get this resolved and this off my credit report!!!SALESMEN NAME IS ARMANDO GONZALEZ!!! ALSO SPOKE TO HEATHER GRIFFITHS!!!

I live 300 miles away from North Park Lincoln, but they had the exact car on order that we were looking for. I emailed Ricky Tejada a number of times and he always kept me informed of the vehicle's status over several months. We ended up making the drive to purchase the car and it was a very easy experience. Ricky went over all the features of the car before we left the lot and we are very pleased with it and with the attention we received at North Park. I would reccommend anyone to buy a vehicle there in the future.

Stephen Castro and the North Park Lincoln group were amazing! I purchased a car last year from them and then was rear-ended resulting in my car being totaled. Because of the amazing service I received last year, I didn't go anywhere else to look for a car. Stephen Castro, Charlie Brown, and Matthew Valdez went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted.

My car-buying experience at North Park Lincoln was actually very strange and ended up as one of the poorest experiences ever. I contacted them regarding a low-mileage 2020 Mercedes S560 advertised as a new arrival. The sales team took their time to reach me but we connected and I received some scattered information about the car. I did express my interest in moving forward and the salesperson, Jennifer, promised to contact me the next morning since it was already very late in TX (I am in CA). She reached out next morning and we communicated on the phone and via text and I agreed to purchase the car at the asking price, in writing. I suggested leaving a deposit to secure the car while we complete the next steps and she agreed and stated she would call me shortly to get things going. All was going well I thought so far. But, 1/2 hour later she called and said the S-class had an oil leak and the used car manager was reluctant to spend $2500 to fix the oil leak and was debating whether to fix the car or send it to a wholesaler. Since the car was still under the manufacturer's warranty, I suggested having Mercedes fix the oil leak under warranty. I received verbal acknowledgment that Jennifer would discuss it with the manager and get back to me. At the very end of the day, I got a super-short text message from Jennifer that stated the used car manager decided to not retail the car and will be disposing of it through a 3rd party. I wrote back and suggested that I was willing to still buy the car and waive any claims related to the oil leak but received no response. A day went by with no communication so I reached out again and was informed that, actually, the S-class was sold to a "3rd party" who paid extra to purchase the car above asking! This is very strange to me but I believe that information is actually correct. I believe the car had no oil leak and the dealership fabricated the story to scare me off. They had also suggested, briefly, that maybe I can pay them $2500 (on top of the asking) to fix the leak at which point I reminded them that car was still under full factory warranty and Mercedes would have fixed it at no charge. This was maybe a way to get me to pay $2500 more over their asking? Regardless, I believe the oil leak was a fabricated issue and the dealership is run by an unethical managerial team who did not honor the agreement Jennifer and I had about the purchase of the car and ended up selling the car, probably for $2500 more over asking, to whomever that 3rd party entity supposedly is. Again, very unethical and unprofessional, in my book. My recommendation is to always steer away from dealers who resort to lying and have no idea what professional conduct is. The GM of the dealership, Diego Iturbe, should be ashamed to be leading the management team at North Park Lincoln.

I worked with Clayton Douglas at North Park back in August 2023. We found the used vehicle we wanted online and gave him a call. He was very responsive, communicated through phone calls and text, and even sent us a full video tour of the vehicle spending extra time on the features we told him we were interested in. Clayton was friendly and the negotiation was fair. My wife and I don't buy cars often, but the next time we need one, we will certainly be reaching out to Clayton first.

Casper and his team are phenomenal! We purchased two vehicles this year from Casper. Both had to be ordered, which of course lengthens the buying process. Which was a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know Casper and the rest of the North Park Lincoln team. After a seamless selection process, they kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicles and once they arrived handled delivery of one and pick up of the other with professionalism and a dose of fun! Learning about our new vehicles and all they have to offer was the icing on the cake of a great buying experience. Looking forward to the next ones!
