I recently visited North Park of San Antonio to purchase a vehicle and I want to express how pleased my family and I are with the experience at the Dealer. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with customer service that was second to none. What really made our visit unforgettable was the help of Edgardo Griego, who proved to be a star salesman. From the beginning, Edgardo knew how to identify our needs to finally close the business. Additionally, Edgardo was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer our questions and explained every detail of the process clearly and patiently. I also highlight the good service of the team I interacted with during the transaction.
I recommend North Park of San Antonio to anyone looking for first class service. Thank you for making our experience so positive.

We found the perfect car for my wife @ North Park Lexus of San Antonio. I emailed and texted with the dealership and was put into contact with Dan Scheible. We had a straight to the point conversation and was given all the information over the phone that I requested. I was so impressed with Dan. He is was the experience we always hope to have (calm, relaxed, friendly, informative and respectful). We made a fantastic deal while we sat in the parking lot of Costco. We made flight plans for the next morning, hoping that we made the right decision. From the time we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted at the front door, not in a high pressure situation, but sincerely wanting to make sure we were connected with our “person”. Dan was amazing!! We knew all the buttons of our car and understood all our paperwork before we left the dealership!! This is definitely not the normal!!! North Park Lexus of San Antonio you are the Unicorns!! Y’all are doing it right!!! The customer experience (coffee bar, cookies popcorn), friendly people environment and top notch staff, brings in customers for life!!! My wife & I just purchased a new Lexus RX 350 this morning from Dominion Lexus is San Antonio.
Best car purchase experience & dealership we have ever dealt with.
Mike Hagee & Griffin Lev are exceptional & professional sales personnel. Very knowledgeable about their product & easy to do business with.
Would highly recommend making an appt with them if u are in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle. Chris in the finance dept was also very thorough & congenial.
The the dealership itself is amazing.
No complaints at all about about entire experience.

Excellent service! This is the second time I've bought a Lexus from here. My family bought a RX350h in May and recently came back in to buy the UX250h. Both times Franko was an amazing sales rep. He answered all my questions and his communication was top tier! Franko will definitely go above and beyond just for his customers and I really appreciate that! My salesman Edgardo was great, my buying process went very smooth. I had an issue with me vehicle the same day I purchased it, the dealership took full ownership and corrected the issue without hesitation. I got the vehicle I wanted and they provided great service to fix a minor issue I had.

My home is approx 4 blocks from the Lexus Dealer on Lockhill Selma. Most days of the week there are various new or nearly new Lexus brand cars and SUV's using our Castle Hills neighborhood streets as a " TEST OUT" area . It is very very common to see these LEXUS vehicles fly off of Lockhill Selma onto Northcrest, Briarcliff and Tamworth...slow down a bit then FLOOR IT down our neighborhood streets, zero regard for Pedestrians kids on bikes, people walking pets. After seeing this on many occasions I was fortunate to be in my truck when a new White Lexis did the TEST OUT run through our neighborhood. I waited in my drive then followed the Lexus to the Lexus dealer on Lockhill Selma.
Terrible way to be a corporate neighbor.
As a retired firefighter and EMS Paramedic I know all too well the damage a careless and aggressive driver can do to a pedestrian pr child.
