I wished I could give Nathan Hamblin and the entire team at North Park Lexus at Dominion 10 stars because that’s how good my experience was when I purchased my GX550.
From the minute I walked in the door everyone I met went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable as well. The entire negotiation process was the easiest and fairest and fastest I have ever experienced. The dealership is 300 miles from my home but far exceeds the dealership in my local area in every aspect. I will happily arrange my service appointments at North Park Lexus at Dominion because they are that exceptional and Nathan will definitely have any future business from me!!

NP Lexus Dominion has an excellent service department. I brought my vehicle in for its 5000 mile checkup. Everyone was so helpful, and my advisor Jamie answered my questions. Having an on-site Starbucks makes the wait much easier!

I highly recommend Dinh Ngo as a sales rep at Lexus Dominion. He and Weston Cox were both patient, kind, informative and patient while we looked at various cars new and used. They took their time to crunch numbers and worked very hard over a couple days to get me in the best car for me!! Dinh then took the time to set up my phone to the car, ALL the car settings and reviewed them with me. WOW, he then contacted me the next day to make sure all was well. Highly recommend him and the sales manager, Oscar and also the Finance person, Hussein. Top to bottom took great care of me. I am in love with my new Lexus!!

I really hate shopping for cars. But Dinh was a really friendly and easy guy to be with. He knows a lot about the Lexus vehicles. He was persistent but not pushy. If you’re heading to Lexus Dominion, be sure and ask for Dinh Ngo.

This was the Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Dinh Ngo was professional, very knowledgeable, and patient. The stellar service started in the service department and continued into sales with Dinh and several of his associates. Frank Jiang in finance worked with me to get the best rates and protection for my new vehicle. Management made sure I found a vehicle I would love. I left with my vehicle set up completely so I didn’t have to try to do it on my own later. Thank you, Dinh Ngo, and all of those that assisted me, for making this a low-stress experience

The ONLY reason I scheduled an appointment to replace two tires at this location is because I work in Boerne and expected the same excellent service that I’ve always received at NP Lexus San Antonio. I arrived at the dealership 20 minutes early, pulled into the service drive, and parked. There were employees walking around and I could see several service managers in their offices. I suppose I’ve been spoiled by the attentive service at NPLSA. Because there, they greet you as you drive in and immediately assist you. This was not the case at NPL Dominion. I sat in my vehicle as numerous employees walked past and service employees lounged in their offices chatting amongst themselves. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I called the service desk to advise them that I’d been completely ignored by everyone and was then told that I would have to leave my vehicle to find my service manager for them to assist me. Are you kidding me?! I’ve never experienced such poor service at any dealership ever before. I cancelled my appointment on the spot and drove directly to NPL San Antonio where I was assisted straight upon arrival. My service manager (Ian) waited for me to arrive and even put me in a loaner for the evening. If you buy at this location, do yourself a favor and switch to service at NPL San Antonio where you’re treated like a valued customer. I will not return to this location ever again. Even if it is closer/ more convenient. I am so very disappointed.
