Giving this place 5 stars. I picked up my car today. Not only were they fast but awesome and it looks beautiful and through me support our military. I had explained I needed to go out of town to get my stickers updated so if they could push it up and finish it before i had to make my drive across country to get my stickers valid and then return to our family in support of military duties (it was important to have it done and i didnt have any time otherwise; and they did!!!! I was so surprised and am so happy. Don't just use ANY collision shop for your baby car, this place is actually certified for several car manufactures so you know you will get quality work done. I own a Volkswagen and found them by calling my local VW Car dealer. Kyle was my representative. Picking up and dropping off was easy and they coordinate with the rental car company for pickup and drop-off. Kyle was so helpful and he actually listened when i explained my situation and made it happen. Even upon collecting my keys he said "have a safe trip" that being said i had mentioned it two weeks back and they are so busy, but he remembered. I am so thankful and so happy to have it back. Yes this is a real review, I always question 5 stars myself. They went above and beyond and restoring, replacing and fixing my car and making it back to 100 percent. This was my first accident so i was nervous, I even stopped washing it because the dent was so depressing, but NOW seeing it fresh and quality I am back in love with it and will go back to washing it. PS they also did a good car wash on it and took care of the inside, so i could instantly remember how happy that car makes me everyday.

This is the second time I have used North Park - Both times I give them an A +!Both times had to do with vandalism and they repaired my truck like new -Also the tech (Ben F.) kept me informed - up to date on everything - He is an asset to North Park!

My Mazda CX-5 was involved in a small fender-bender so I brought it to NP Collision to make sure the work was done right on my vehicle. The facility is easy to miss and hard to find parking inside but gorgeous/clean inside.Patrick was a type-a’s dream to work with as he constantly kept me in the loop with ETA’s, was very pleasant, and all around a great representation of Northpark Auto. They also arranged for Enterprise to bring the vehicle to me for a simple drop-off process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience on this side of the collision center.Be warned, dealing with the minor side is a full 360 in experience from this.
