Dr Earp you are wonderful! But please read these reviews because all your patients are saying the same thing here. We are giving you one star reviews not because of you, but because you need to hire a new office manager and give your back office a complete overhaul...can't you see it's not working? We are completely frustrated by the lack of communication and follow through. I've been waiting on bone density results for a month now-it's supposed to take 3 days. Want to raise your blood pressure?...try calling into this company's phone tree and waiting on hold or leave a message which they never return. I don't recommend this practice because of the back office...save yourself the angst!

My doctor is great and I've never had a bad experience with staff.

The doctors are great, however the staff isn't. I never get a call or email response. They are nice when they answer the phone but when a nurse has to call you or email you back all I get is crickets. I only gave a 1 start so that I could post this, but in reality no star is giving in my book.

Great care and I highly recommend. Process was easy to get checked in online and short wait to see the Dr.

I'm very disappointed with the experience. I love my provider Dr. Stephanie Benton but have had a terrible experience setting appointments and seeing providers that cover Dr. Benton. I have had multiple incidences where I sit in phone queue for 30 minutes plus only to be hung up on. I most recently signed up for a virtual appointment and paid for it ahead of time in portal but to only be stood up with no explanation. Again, I've enjoyed my relationship with Dr. Benton and am sorry she is associated with terrible service.

Had appt this morning at 7:45 for a follow up with bloodwork. Received a text as well as a personal call they will need to reschedule me since my provider was sick today. Thankyou for the proactive communication before I drove over, and then I received a call within ten minutes rescheduling my appointment to a different day. I see a lot of reviews saying poor service, long wait times etc. But I have been a patient over 20 years with this same practice even as it rebranded, and I try to empathize with the Office management staff AND Providers. In recent years there are WAY more patients with medical needs then providers available. The front office staff cannot control if a provider gets sick (Humans not robots, illness happens to Providers too), so they must scramble with their current massive workload to rebook a ton of appts quickly while servicing all patients who are seeing other providers concurrently. Was I disappointed I could not complete my appt., and have labs done today, yes. But, I am grateful the front office staff communicated, and were direct with expectations, and details. This IS a Monday, and an opportunity to show grace when things are not perfect. Thank you to this practice for all you do daily, because I am sure gratitude is rarely given as much as harsh criticism when ALL is not perfect. Sending good health, and light to all who may being having a cruddy Monday. Powering through the days until I can get answers during my next appointment.

This office used to be good. The level of care and concern for my well being has gone down significantly. They have prescribed medication that made my issues worse and more to try and correct the resulting issues. Dr Earp is almost impossible to see and his PA that are the only ones you can get into don’t seep to know how to treat illness and conditions. To make matters worse, it is impossible to talk to a real person when you are having an issue. Instead you are directed to leave a message for your provider, which is rarely answered. I do not under stand how they are still in business. I am leaving this practice to find another with caring, competent staff. Avoid this office.

I have been here for about 2 years now. PA Kyle is one of the most attentive physicians I have ever had. With the initial visit, he did not rush me at all, listened closely to my history (especially with asthma since my younger days) and educated me on why my current meds were not aiding me like they should. He got me on a path to where I was able to breathe again plus helped me handle some other things I was struggling with that previous physicians casually looked over.Forwarding to this week -- I have read negative comments about reception and services, but that has never been my experience. I called twice this week alone. One to make an appointment - which was answered by a Sylvia I believe, and she was professional, helpful, and straight to the point in a good way without being rude (which I personally appreciate because other places will have you on hold forever, whereas I was only on the phone for a few minutes). Btw, you're able to see your booked appointments in your portal...Second call was today to check on a prescription refill message that I made on Tuesday. Normal turn around time averages 2-3 days so I knew my chances were 50/50 with my message being seen in time. My case was one where I am going out of town and couldn't find a backup inhaler and desperately needed just one refill. So I called and asked the front desk about it. I did not get her name, but she understood my situation and urgency (again, I still knew I had a 50/50 chance). She transferred me over to the nurse who was able to read my message and I was able to explain as well, and she submitted my refill for me so I could get it asap.I have referred 2 other people to this facility - specifically PA Kyle - but neither of them ever mentioned anything about the staff being unprofessional. If anything, they said they finally felt heard.

The doctors are great at NHFM. One of the office ladies name Sylvia is not very kind or considerate. She made me feel like my appointment wasn’t important. She was rude. Not helpful at all.The answering service sucks. I called 4 separate times only to be told by an automated person I was 5 in line. Once I got to 1st in line the line disconnected on me. All 4 calls were like that. Other times it sent me to a call service. Very frustrating.Don’t bother making an appointment on line. The frustration is not worth it.Something needs to change. I’m bummed about having to consider finding a new doctor. The office wasn’t always like this.

I had a conversation with a nurse named Marcalina about waiting a long time for scheduled appointment times and after she checked my vitals she left and started to bad mouth me about the conversation to someone else outside the door within earshot and I find that extremely unprofessional. I poked my head out of the door and told her it was unprofessional and she turned around and thanked me. I tried to file a complaint with the Supervisor on duty named Melissa but told me she would just talk to the nurse. I expect much more from so called medical professionals.

After years of being here, I'm leaving. If I didn't love my PA, I would have been gone ages ago. This place is consistently terrible at communication, administration & overall customer experience. If you needed your doctor's office to do paperwork for medication approval, hope it's not critical or you may very well die. After multiple messages & phone calls (none with responses) & currently on minute 49 of hold, it's the typical he-said / she-said situation. Terrible facility.

Same story as many others going back - office staff turn off their phones at 4pm, even though they close at 5, according to their recorded message. Almost impossible to get an appointment in less than a month. Great doctors, but their office administration is AWFUL.

As an established patient to be on hold for 20 minutes, just to ask for something simple........ the girl answering the phone needs to learn how to do her job. I'm truly surprised this office remains open considering, no one responds to refill requests submitted by your pharmacy, no one answers the phone, and it takes them about a week to answer messages on the portal and a whopping 3 weeks to do a referral. Run don't walk to a different provider, one who knows how to run a different medical office and not the clown show that this place is.......
