Nogalitos Gear in San Antonio.....called to check availability and info on parts for my vehicle. Totally unprofessional on the phone, the salesperson(male) I spoke to was either eating breakfast or just chewing gum when speaking. When asked about brands of the parts I was inquiring about his response was "I..I don't, I'm not to sure". After trying to patient with this salesperson and trying to pry information from his iron grip, on the parts I needed, I decided to end the call and take my business elsewhere....LMC Truck....RockAuto... Amazon....Oreily's....Autozone. "Why We Are #1"......this is out there for the world on their page. My question is, according to whom are you #1?

They had the parts I needed & in stock to rebuild a 2003 Nissan Frontier standard transmission, the dealer parts were discontinued and they came to the rescue.Great job Nogalitos Gear.

I will never ever recommend this business to any one. The people here are not honest . My husband took in his 2007 mauel Chevy transmission for them to look at and one man gave him a price quote of $1,600 and it would be ready in a week. A week later my husband went to go and pick up the transmission and of course there was somebody else there. So he told the man he was picking up his transmission. Then my husband called me saying that they couldn't find his transmission that they couldn't find it anywhere and they didn't remember him ever coming in with one. So they told him they would call him as soon as they could find it. A few days later they called him saying they found it , so my husband went to go pick it up but when they gave it back to him they gave it to him in pieces in a box. Now we don't think it's even the right transmission and we don't know who to talk to about this matter. I will never send them any business because they are not professional people nor do they do professional work. ?

Sold me a converter with bad imbalance that cracked a new flywheel I also purchased from them at the same time, took the converter back and they exchanged it only to find out the (new) one was full of grit and metal particles that messed up the valve body. Had to totally go through the transmission again and ordered a converter from Amazon I would never trust this business again
