Just called this company 2/15/2022 to ask for a quote. They asked what we do (odd question with no clarification) and I stated we are a wholesale outfit. She responded "we don't do work for the public, only for resellers." I had stated we were a wholesale company, that means reseller in general terms or at least signifies further inquiry. I asked for a clarification and she said we only print for people to resell. I wasn't asked if this is what I intended to do, and yes it was, but obviously you are not interested in making any business transaction occur. Maybe asking questions and trying to create business is not their goal. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have used this company for over 5 years because its convenient to my business location and Denise amazing customer service. Next Day Four Color should rename itself to Ten Day Four Color they give you a date when your prints will be ready and they are NEVER ready on the date they provide you with.

What happened to 3 great employees? Just found out that 3 great employees have recently left your company. There is a serious management issue with this company. When employees start leaving or getting fired you know there is a in house problem. I have had issues with the printing of materials since Gloria left. I have had to return many things because the materials were not inspected first. TO THE OWNERS: You should really start looking at your management and wondering what the real problem is. It only takes ONE review to ruin a business. We have already taken our business elsewhere.
