I had an outstanding experience with Christian today! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His patience, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire process enjoyable. I was able to get my feet scanned and will be returning soon to purchase my new shoes. Highly recommend Christian if you’re looking for top-notch service and great advice!

We had a very bad experience in this store, mainly because of the person who attended us, Christian's terrible service, ignoring us and with a terrible attitude.
For our part we will not return.

Today I was just looking for shoes for work and Angelica helped me beyond my expectations. We started with a foot scan which helped us select the best shoes for my foot type. Angelica was extremely knowledgeable with the products including specific features of each model. She helped me try on the different models and listened to my feedback. I ended up choosing the NB 880 v14s along with the Running Ultra Cushion Insoles. 10/10 experience if you’re looking for a guided shoe buying experience.

I wanted to give a big thank you to Christian he was amazing , the customer service at this location was amazing. Christian went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct fit. He was very informative and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

My feet were hurting in my walking shoes and they couldn't figure out why. The store associate scanned my feet to address what the issue was and recommended the right shoe for me. My feet no longer hurt when I walk yay!

The professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff made my visit very enjoyable. They knew exactly what kind of shoe I would need since my podiatrist recommended a certain NB athletic brand shoe. Along with an excellent affordable price is what made my visit exceptional!

I needed a new walking shoe and I received excellent service at this New Balance store. A young woman, Angie, answered all my questions and went out of her way to make sure I found the shoe that worked best for my needs and fit well. I will definitely return to this store next time I need shoes. This was the best service I have received anywhere in a long time.

Really nice place. It's more of a richy rich place, but it's the closest New Balance in my area. The employees were nice, they had nice and up-to-date shoes on the racks. The only thing to keep in mind is that the shoe you want may not be in store. You might have to order online.

It felt like pulling teeth for Bethany to be bothered enough to scan my feet, which is a key function New Balance uses to fit their customers for shoes. If you don’t want to feel like an inconvenience for simply walking in be sure to avoid her. Poor customer service.
