Walked in and was immediately helped with getting my feet scanned by Daniel. After I browsed for a bit another associate, Jeremy, grabbed my size and color choice and helped me check out. In and out in 10 minutes!

Noelle was so kind and accommodating. My husband has a leg brace and she brought out multiple shoes and sizes for him to try on. She did not pressure us into buying shoes and we felt very heard and helped. We ended up not buying any shoes, as he needed a wider shoe still. We really appreciated all of Noelle’s hard work and kindness and willingness to help.

Rarely have I ever given a review to a business. If they go above and beyond amazing then yes I will review but today has been the opposite experience for me. I love new balance shoes but the service here at the Quarry store was by far the worst experience I've had in a while. I walked in to get my mother new shoes and there attitude was not friendly. The crazy thing is that they weren't even that busy and it seemed like there were far more employees that could have easily helped or at the least acknowledged us. I more than likely will not step foot in this store again.
I completely agree with Maurice Trevino, I was there just yesterday (05/05/25).

Rarely have I ever given a review to a business. If they go above and beyond amazing then yes I will review but today has been the opposite experience for me. I love new balance shoes but the service here at the Quarry store was by far the worst experience I've had in a while. I walked in to get my son new shoes and not one of the employees helped us or even acknowledged us. I have a long resume in the travel and hospitality world. When I see exceptional service, I take time to recognize that person. Noelle is one of a kind. She helped my mother pick out a pair of shoes and was friendly and patient the whole time. The world needs more Noelle’s in it. Thanks for being amazing! Your team is lucky to have you.

The service that Matthew provided me was PHENOMENAL! Shook my hand and greeted me. Made me want to be there. Did a foot scan on me and knew EXACTLY what shoes I needed! Thought shoe shopping was going to be a major hassle, but it was a breeze! Would recommend this establishment any day, any time!

Amazing customer first attention. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I asked for my feet to be measured to make sure I picked the perfect shoe. I waited just a few minutes, got measured and the store associate, Matt, explained to me the results in a friendly, easy to understand way. He was helped by a female store associate who also was courteous and professional. Great experience and will visit again soon.

I called and Rebecca immediately answered the phone. Her customer service was great ! Would definitely recommend. She deserves a raise :-)!Additionally I went in and the staff was very helpful. I ended up leaving with some 550s all white. ?‼️
