The service that Matthew provided me was PHENOMENAL! Shook my hand and greeted me. Made me want to be there. Did a foot scan on me and knew EXACTLY what shoes I needed! Thought shoe shopping was going to be a major hassle, but it was a breeze! Would recommend this establishment any day, any time!

Amazing customer first attention. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I asked for my feet to be measured to make sure I picked the perfect shoe. I waited just a few minutes, got measured and the store associate, Matt, explained to me the results in a friendly, easy to understand way. He was helped by a female store associate who also was courteous and professional. Great experience and will visit again soon.

I called and Rebecca immediately answered the phone. Her customer service was great ! Would definitely recommend. She deserves a raise :-)!Additionally I went in and the staff was very helpful. I ended up leaving with some 550s all white. ?‼️

Was waited upon entering the store, fast Courteous Services from Darius who measured my foot & got me the Correct pair of New shoes. New Balance shoes fit perfect, THANK you Darius.....

An outstanding location with extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. We walked in and there was a ton of customers and it was really bustling, then shortly later my son and I were the only ones there. As he was trying on shoes with one of the associates, I could overhear the rest of the staff hanging out and commenting on each pair of shoes that people walking by outside were wearing -- not badmouthing them but man they knew what kind of shoe everybody was wearing. I was impressed. This is where I would love to buy my shoes in the future. Superior staff for a superior product. Good stuff!

Had the greatest experience!They helped scan my feet, turns out I’ve been buying the wrong size for a whole now! I was looking running shoes and they helped me find the right shoe for my type of foot and size!I love my shoes so much, definitely coming for more shoes ❤️

I had a great experience purchasing shoes for my baby brother. He is in 30's lol. I was approached and greeted right away. I didn't know the name of the shoe he wore. I provided an image and was right away told which shoe type my brother wore. I left with a pair of shoes and brother loved his gift. Might have to try a pair one day

Michael showed great patience accommodating my high instep and hard plastic orthotics. I tried on 7 pairs of shoes in a combination of models and sizes. When we got the right one, I knew it, and we were done!

Staff is very polite. Womens selection is minimal. It’s also terrible practice to only carry the mens sizes for the popular unisex sneakers. Why shouldn’t women get the same access? They’re almost impossible to get online due to resellers.
