I have always been pleased with the employees at this facility. They're always so friendly & professional.
On 26 June, I was very impressed with the service I received from Ms. Ginger. She was extremely patient with my many questions & above all, sympathetic with my issues.
I’m not computer savvy & took so much of her time attempting to change the password & UID on my account. She just smiled & carefully explained each necessary step to accomplish this task. She also assisted with providing additional security on my phone.
Wow…now that’s customer service at its best! I left that facility feeling cared for & valued. Thank you so much. Ginger is definitely a major asset to the NFCU team!

To all new clients, please be aware and take your time to review your transactions. This bank holds all your transactions and keeps them pending for several days. When the transactions finally go through, you might find you don't have enough money. When I called customer service, they tried to educate me on my spending habits, so I started tracking my expenses. However, the real issue is the long wait for pending transactions, making it feel like you're putting money into a bottomless pit. You never reach a point where there are no pending transactions. When I called a second time about this issue, the call was mysteriously cut off, and I couldn't make another call due to a system error. I am now looking to work with another bank. It's disappointing to have trusted a military-related bank and faced these issues.

Brandee is so awesome, helpful and we genuinely felt like she had our best interests at heart. Attentive and communicates very well. She was overall a 10/10 and listened to our million questions. We really appreciate the help. We feel better after going in, and more confident

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stephanie at the front desk is very rude and she should not be the first person to greet and talk to customers.

The representatives were very welcoming and friendly, as soon as you come in you’re greeted with a smile a a good morning. I love that they even take the time to ask how are we doing. They interacted with my little one and even gave her a piggy bank. I am happy that She is a very happy child this morning thanks to you guys. ❤️

I always enjoy visiting this Navy Federal location. The staff is professional, and the bank's environment is both clean and inviting.

Their lack of urgency is nonexistent. Came in to get something notarized and told me it was a 45 minute wait. They had 4 people standing around surfing the web or something and it's a 45 minute wait. Unless you are just making a simple deposit or withdraw, you can expect to wait at least an hour. Again they have no respect for their members time.

Took My sister to re-fi her 23 Ford Edge. Has had a FICO score over 800 for over10 years. She only has a car payment, which payments would stay about the same if re-financed, and a burial plan as she does not want to be a burden to her family if she was to die. She is 76 years old and lives with me totally free. All her money is her money. Never late, or missed a payment in her live. She has been making all monthly payments, and paid $100 more then required for almost a year on her SUV. The reason Navy Federal disapproved. "INCOME INSUFFICIENT FOR AMOUNT OF CREDIT REQUESTED." Bull manure! This Credit Union appears to have use Her age to discriminate. Never been turned down for any loan in her life, until she got to Navy Federal. Since my sister moved in with me in October 2017 she has had loans from Security Service FCU, Randolph Brooks FCU and Ford Motor Credit. With all the same basic information, But Navy Federal finds her a high risk. If you need to work with a Credit Union, Navy Federal is NOT the one. Any other Credit Union or other financial business will provide a better outcome. Especially if you are older and on a fix income. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. I will be providing my advise to all those that ask. Great job Navy Federal (sarcasm). For those who wonder who this woman's' brother is? I am a retire E-8 disabled Vietnam Vet.

The customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the process to my daughter. She also called the fraud team to clarify information. She gave us exceptional service. They were also quick to help us. Again, thanks to Brande and other staff for outstanding support.

The fraud department is incompetent. Their failure makes me feel unsafe with my money in their hands. I will be doing business with USAA from now on.

Bad Customer Service is always key! I've never been to this branch before but drove over an hour to get there to pick up a check. As I walked up to the door a customer was coming out and a staff member was locking the door saying sorry we're closed. It wasn't 5:00 yet. I asked to speak to a branch manager because I was just picking up a checking and explained that I had driven over an hour to get there. They didn't care. Shame on you!!!! I've had great service with other branches I've visited and told them about my experience and they apologized on their behalf.
