Becka the cashier is a very unpleasant and dishonest woman. I have an unusual phone number and because of that, the customer facing terminal does not accept it, the cashier on their side must enter it in manually to be accepted and pull up my account. She argued with me, and then I’m sure purposely entered it incorrectly on her side. I’ve been using that number at Natural Grocers in different states and different San Antonio locations for years and have never had any cashier act the way she did. It’s unfortunate Becka couldn’t just enter my number and continue the check out. I don’t understand the need to argue about that and resist it. Thankfully the N New Braunfels team is fantastic.

I've been a customer at Natural Grocers for a while now, drawn in by their selection of organic products. However, my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The most significant issue is their inaccurate pricing. On numerous occasions, I've been overcharged at the register. The shelf price simply doesn't match what I end up paying, and it's always in the store's favor.
What makes this problem even worse is the unhelpful and unfriendly attitude of the staff. When I bring the price discrepancies to their attention, I'm often met with indifference and a lack of any genuine apology. It feels like they don't value my business or care about correcting their mistakes.
Natural Grocers, you need to address these issues immediately. Accurate pricing and respectful customer service should be a priority. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great healthy options for everything and great aale going on now! Some items cost way more than Whole Foods or Sprouts or HEB charges though so their sale was great!

The place is all right if you like that pricey organic natural stuff.. I have no issues with the place, but it's just not my usual go to grocery store. But overall it's clean, nice & and the service has been friendly.

Disorganized and expensive. Compared to Sprouts, Whole Foods, or Central Market, this place has much higher prices than any of them. Also the staff are very disorganized, there must be issues with the systems they use on the back end of things. The staff are friendly, and they are doing the best they can, so they aren't at fault. However with how inefficient everything here is, it's almost always better to shop elsewhere.
The only redeeming benefit is that the Natural Grocers branded products are high quality and affordable. Stuff like the lip balm and specialty flours are an amazing value. So I do still shop here for those things every 6 months or so, but that's it.

Best grocery store where most everything is organic and fresh. Great select and prices are good prices.
Vegetables are organic and freshly stocked.

Very beautiful grocery store with all organic and natural ingredients. My husband and I really enjoyed looking around at all the phenomenal products. The prices are well out of affordable, but we did purchase some yogurts that were reduced by 50% as they were expiring in two days. I’d love to come again.

Natural Grocer’s is the best. Such good prices and sales and all organic produce. Only place i find organic jalapeño peppers.
