I was very pleased with the service I received. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday and I received a call later that day stating that my vehicle would be ready the following day on Saturday. I received notifications with updates on my vehicle. I was also pleased that I was able to leave my rental vehicle at the collision shop parking lot and they were able to stop my rental. It was awesome because I didn’t have to wait until Tuesday to return it due to Enterprise closing for the Labor Day holiday.
Overall, super pleased!

So I had some repairs completed and done at another location out of State. I was experiencing some issue's plus noises coming from area in question that was repaired at my original spot. *(Columbus,Ohio area)*
I contacted this place through the online customer service line. They set me up for a follow-up inspection & evaluation of work/services rendered.
I came into this location and was immediately greeted by a warm & genuine friendly person Mariah. Then Rickey Hunt Jr. came out to get the rundown of my problems and issues. They quickly took a look as they we're able identify one of my issues right away and they resolved it immediately. Bubba was the Technician that worked on my car and he was Amazing and Thorough with correcting the unfinished work from another location. (Thank God a National Chain backs up each other's work) 🙏😉😇
Both Rickey and Bubba went on test rides with me to better identify the issues and problems that I was experiencing. They trouble-shooted option's & answers to dilemma. They determined to order a replacement latch for my rear door that was still be moody & making an annoying sound,only while car was in drive.
Finally, after latch assembly came in and they replaced it, we thought that the annoying noise would dissappear, but surprisingly it didn't?
So once again Bubba & Rickey plus Zach chimed in to contemplate some other option's or solutions. So since I recently just bought New Rims/Tires from Discount Tire, they came up with idea to go back & check out Tires to see if perhaps the noise had something to do with them? Since they redid door seals, recleaned channels plus replaced clips along with latch. So I took their advice and went to local Discount Tire. After they evaluated & did Tire Rotation ~they inspected and found the noise culprit. It was a damaged airflow damn/wing underneath rear doorway that was making the noise as velocity of car's pace.
So they bolted it down and the mysterious mice noise was eliminated.
ALL Thank's to the persistence & professionalism of the Guy's & Gal at Gerber Collision & Glass that wanted to male me completely satisfied & happy with their repair services.

The whole staff and Team here really care about customer's & they're issues. As I was sitting in lounge area having coffee and some candy. I saw them interact with several other clients and more. They treated everyone like Solid Platinum Gold & they we're downright hospitable and kind to everyone.
I made sure that I came back to personally thank all of them for their tireless work efforts & dedicated services.

Worst place ever, I wouldn’t even have Gerber Collision and Glass check the air in my tires.
How can a shop overlook putting a part as big as the radiator on, headlight way out of adjustment.Check engine light is on now and tell me that the reason is the truck needs an oil change, I raise the hood and find they did not put on the Active Grille Assembly and also find 3 disconnect wires. This place is one sorry shop!!!

This was a pathetic attempt at being a collision center. The employees are completely incompetent. How is that employees are constantly breaking down a vehicle while fixing it. What is your game here?

Took my BMW here after an accident. Very happy with the repairs. My car looks AMAZING. Zach and Mariah kept me up to date on a regular. It took about 3 weeks total for everything- the parts to come in, mechanic work and body work. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would use them again 100% if I ever needed them again. Great communication, timely, professional and great work!! Thank you! 10/10 STARS!!!!!

I recently got work done here and it was a great experience overall . The timing was great they finished before I expected , my car came out looking great ! Also communication was great they texted me with any updates & Rickey went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met . Would definitely come back!

Wouldn't recommend this place. My SUV was in an accident and I decided to go with this place because of its good reviews. I was told the repairs would take a certain number of weeks (which I was fine with). The repairs ended up taking longer which wouldn't have been an issue if I was notified. I would have to call every week to get an update and it would be pushed back a week everything I call. I would also get told they were waiting on different parts, had different issues, or would be told different things depending on who I talked to. After being delayed several weeks I finally got my car back and it looked pretty good. My wife picked it up and noticed after she left the driver side air bag side panel was hanging off with the wires being exposed. When I called they apologized and was able to bring it in to get it fixed pretty quickly. Happy they fixed the issue but this was the main issue that seemed to delay it by weeks to not be fixed upon initial arrival.
