Very disappointed with this place.I took a Peavey mixer to have speaker outlet repaired.A month later they still hadn't finish.Two months later they said the same thing.On the third month,once again they said they were waiting for parts.Every time I called I spoke with a different tech and they all told me different stories.Finally they said they couldn't find the part....I will never ever go there again.....horrible customer service.

Words can’t describe how poor of an experience this was. I took my amp stack to this business for a standard repair. In all, it took half a year (about 6 months) for this business to tell me they couldn’t fix my problem, returning my amp in a state that was worse than how I gave it to them (it is now unplayable). The work done and management can be best described as negligent, incompetent, and disappointing.
I paid $80 for the diagnostic fee, and it took about a month and a half for them to actually begin working on the amp. They eventually returned it to me and I payed $90 for the labor. When I took it home, it was clear that the problem was in fact not fixed. After returning it so that they could fix it under their 90-day warranty, I waited another few months. Eventually, they told me that they couldn’t fix it and had to order a new amp. When it arrived, the problem STILL persisted. I finally asked for a refund. Ultimately, my patience and kindness was rewarded with disappointment and frustration.
Communication was extremely poor. I’ve consistently been the person that’s had to reach out or go to the location to find some kind of update or resolution. At times, their line would be down, or the phone would simply keep ringing. Texts would be ignored. They would often be vague and distant.
The owner was extremely rude and dismissive. While barely being involved in the process, he had the audacity to antagonize me when I brought up the possibility of a refund. He suggested that I file a complaint to the BBB and left the room. The only saving grace is that ownership is being transferred to his son, who was more reasonable and respectful. He gave me a refund, but it doesn’t make up for the time and opportunities wasted.
My band’s progress has been significantly delayed due to this business’ negligence and failure to provide a transparent and reliable service. If your livelihood depends on music, avoid this place at all costs. A complete waste of time and money.

Don't give them your business. I've had a bass with pickup issues "repaired" here, and they did a questionable job on it so the middle pickup is already not functioning again (and the knob is loose, yay!). Another instance involved me handing over my cabinet to be inspecting which took way longer to complete than I was quoted, and once I did get a quote (which was 3x over what I paid for the cabinet) they were insistent that I shell out the money rather than going for a cheaper repair alternative. Whoever is running this place - some of us are professionals in the music business, instruct your employees to do HONEST business, then maybe you'd be an actual reputable shop.

The only reason they didn't get a 4 or 5 star from me is because of one of my biggest pet peeves. Which includes but not limited to:
Someone not thanking me for my business and just hands me my change without counting it.
Tech came out showed that my item was working then walked back to the back. No acknowledgement or thanks whatsoever.
Even the older man asked what I was picking up and simply said "oh, ok great".
I realize most of these employees are kids with no respect or common courtesy but what excuse does the older guy have?

Thanks to Mr E and Joey, they were able to repair and optimize a 20+ year old Kurzweil 2600 and save some music that was important to me and hopefully will make some people happy. The "Joey Special" it what they call it. I would recommend them for all your music repair needs. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I dropped off a piece of equipment and then didn't receive any communication for several months. Then when I did finally hear from them, they quoted me an unreasonably high repair fee which I refused. So ultimately, I ended up going to the store and just retrieving my gear from them in the same faulty condition that I first brought it to them in. They didn't fix my gear and they kept their non-refundable "diagnostic fee" ..Waste of time, waste of money. I wouldn't recommend using this business.
