I had the pleasure of working with Amy, she was very helpful when I talked to her on the phone before renting a unit. When I went in to set up my account she was very attentive to the questions that I had. Her customer service was great. I recommend that if you looking for storage, call Amy and she will take care of you.

Great check-in experience! Friendly staff who were professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. Got a great $1 promotional offer for the month and easy auto-pay monthly option. Property has good security (cameras, gates, and the manager lives on site.) Highly recommend if you need extra storage space.

Amy is the best....you will NEVER find another person like Amy....she ALWAYS goes above and beyond for all of her customers....she walks and checks every lock on storage units to make sure your storage is locked and she also drives the property after hours on her own time to make sure that everything is safe and secure.....I have had plenty of storages in my lifetime and NO one has ever done what Amy does....I don't care how much my storage is or even if it goes up as the years go on I will NEVER rent from anybody except Amy!! She is definitely worth every penny and I bet my life on it that you will NEVER be disappointed with AMY ever!!

The property manager was 1st class!, every step of the interact was all very hands on and in person. Absolutely not common in today’s business world.
The part that needed to be digital was handled very well and easy to complete.
I highly recommend!

I have been using this stages and I am satisfied every time I change size,. The only thing I don't like is the costs going up . Staff is very friendly and show courtesy. I would recommend this storage to my family.

I rent a parking lot for sedan. Amy is nice person, she explained everything which I need. The store is very clean. I like this place a lot. If you want service, please call them.

Avid Storage at this location has
been a blessing come true for me,
since the home my wife and I selected after we sold are home is
right across the street! .... but besides that very clean and organized
never an issue with air conditioning,
rodents, or break-ins. Amy does fantastic job and very efficient with
details. Would recommend highly.
