I was quoted a fantastic price that was demonstrably less than what the dealer was going to charge me. The tire were installed as I waited and had a great conversation with the owner Dan. I look forward to doing business with Motorcycle Tire Shop again. Thank you Dan for the knowledge you passed along to me while I was there. Will be calling you soon.

I arrived at the shop at 11 am in the rain seeing that the reviews say he's at the shop usually. I waited for 20 min to see it the owner or and asso would show up no one shows. very disappointed in how this has been a bust and waste of time (5/9/23) . it's hard to give sound reviews. (5/9/23 ) 2:03 I had a terrible experience with this shop #Chat. The owner was extremely unprofessional and made me feel belittled and threatened. He even went so far as to make fun of the work that had been done on my scooter rim(8.5mm)."Owner to my understanding read the earlier review using profanity to me saying why would I think he did that kind of work? Upon which he explained he had health issues and I should "know" what he going through. Wow...I explained people are are going through something in this world, all people are suffering daily but that should not put the affect on a customer, I explained he FAILed to provide a good service with his behavior.

Great service - no wait - professional tire mounting and balancing. OK to bring in your wheel and your new tire to be mounted. The old tire was carefully removed, then the tire mounting area of the rim was cleaned to ensure an airtight seal. The new tire was mounted in the correct rotation using judicious application of tire mount lubricant. Finally the bead was seated on both sides using air pressure. Careful balancing using press on weights completed the job. Very convenient for home mechanics that can do most of the routine bike maintenance but don't want to invest in the specialized equipment needed for tire replacement.

Not the most professional when it comes to dealing with customers! Very judgemental, not empathetic. He kept repeating he has been doing it for 35yrs but I don't know if he was complaining òr proud either way I would not stop by again, and I wouldn't recommend this place either way.

"I DONT WORK ON MOTORCYCLES" was this guy's response on the phone to me...figure that out. Called to get a quote on a tire replacement and get yelled at. Cool. Why does your business say "Motorcycle Tire Shop" if you don't work on motorcycles? This guy is a joke, don't waste your time.

Took him about an hour to mount and balance my rear tire ???. Be sure and remove any packaging material on or in the tire before taking it into the shop he doesn't do trash.
