My son was going to here April 2022 - October 2022. My son had developmental issues and etc. they were always calling me to pick him up because he was always crying and head banging. Now it’s making me wonder if my child was part of this abuse as well. That’s why Now I’m going to file a report, my son acting this way because he didn’t feel safe

Why is this place still open with the same management? It's not the only KinderCare in the country with abuse incidents. Stop giving money to this abusive place they call a "childcare center".

I can see they have solicited for positive reviews on account of their new position of "changed management practices" and "transparency" and I want nothing more than to help them achieve this.I'll start with this:Please do not believe me. Prove me wrong.Parents who wish to place their children at this facility (or any facility): take a few extra days and request the full Daycare Monitoring File through HHSC. The licensing site only lists what the daycare accepts (they are appealing every deficiency cited for abusing my daughter) and it is not in their best interest to allow the public to know what they've been doing to these babies. They have clearly convinced other parents of their innocence, but a little critical thinking never hurt anyone... Public records from CCR (HHSC) show they are going through yet another abuse investigation right now that isn't related to my daughter's abuse. Don't believe me. Request the records; anyone can. And if you are the parent of the most recently abused baby, PLEASE find me via my public profile on FB. I have information you will want.Just because Denise and Abbey were fired (months too late and after I personally showed up and begged Sophia and Brittany to remove them) doesn't mean anything has changed; the women who managed them and protected them are still there. This place needs a total overhaul. We are seeking justice for the children Sophia, Gina and Brittany couldn't be bothered to protect and those that are abused and neglected daily by their negligence and their staff despite obvious signs and numerous complaints. If you truly believe any of these women were in the dark, reach out to me. I've got LOTS of evidence proving otherwise.

My child has been at this center for a year now. We chose this facility after reviewing Texas Rising Star, location and the positive experience with the staff. There is low turnover and we personally like that the facility was part of a chain with organized plans for care, food, learning plans, and an app where we get constant updates and communications. We have always felt our daughter was loved and watched out for. We always got an incident report if something happened, which was rare, and the teacher would share concern for how to prevent it from happening again. She gets healthy foods and treats on Fridays! They have fun events and activities each week.Regarding the indecent that others mention on a teacher being called abusive, my daughter was in the room on a single day where the situation was going on. The chain management came to the facility that week and talked to each parent individually. Swift action was taken once the teachers actions were unveiled and I felt my concerns were taken very seriously. She was let go. The management was deeply hurt by the situation and I respected them more for how they handled an individual like that. They have since tightened their interviews and taken measures to prevent recurrence (for one example, all top doors are open between classrooms to promote teacher interaction). We have never had any issues with any other person at that staff and the managers are very approachable. All others have been sweet, funny, lovable and professional. My daughter is very loved here. Thanks for all the hard work of the managers and teachers. I'd truly go no where else to entrust my child's well being every day.

I am a first time mom and had no idea how to pick a daycare at all. Got some recommendations and when I walked through the doors and met the teachers everything just felt correct and perfect for my family. My daughter has been coming here since she has been 4 months and all her teachers since then have been so wonderful and now she is 18 months and the toddler teacher she has now is amazing as well. They definitely treat you like family here and I am so grateful to be able to bring my daughter here and not have to worry about anything.

This place is great. They have a school like setting with half doors between the classrooms. The teachers are always engaged with the children. They provide a "splash pad day" once a week during the summer too. I get daily updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day. They learn ABC'S, 123'S, social skills, and all sorts of stuff during circle time. If need be, they allow therapist to come for sessions as well .Thank you Kindercare

My daughter has been going to kinder care mossrock since she was about 4 months old , she is now almost a year and a half . The directors and teachers have been amazing! Mrs Maria is amazing she absolutely truly cares and loves the children in her care . Ms Anna is my daughter’s current teacher and has done a wonderful job caring for my daughter and the other children, she is also an amazing teacher . Mrs Sophia , Mrs Brittney and Mrs Gina have been amazing directors ! They do events like the father daughter dance , night out , splash days ,and even a fiesta parade . My daughter loves her teachers at kinder care mossrock , she reaches out to them when we drop her off . The center offers lunch with your kids day and gives you the chance to meet and talk with their teachers. I highly recommend kinder care mossrock . They genuinely care for the kids .

My three girls have been coming to this daycare for over 5 years since they were 6 weeks old. My family has overcome so much in life, and I couldn't be more grateful for the women who have stood by us and cared for my children. They fed and clothed my children, provided diapers when I didn't have, and still continue to. I'd like to thank Ms. Latania and Maria and Cassandra and Ms. Courtney, Ms. Angie, Ms. Natalie, Mr. Logan, and all the new teachers. Thank you to Ms. Sofia, Ms. Gina, and Ms. Brittany, for being so patient with me and my girls. Because of them, I have been able to get through a painful time of grief and put myself through college as a single mom. We've had our ups and downs, but they have always stayed professional and compassionate.

My 2.5 year old and 9 year old have been going here and the Director assured me every step, protocol, and change has been implemented since previous concerning reviews. And let me tell you she has proven me right! My 9 year old loves it! My 2.5 year old is still warming up to the idea of daycare but his teachers are amazing and every time I pick him up, he is smiling-clean-safe. The daycare has proven to be fun, educational, and safe. I would recommend it.

It's horrible how the teachers here treated the children in their care. The owners also handled the situation poorly. I would discourage any parent from taking their child here.

We love Mossrock KinderCare! We had to say goodbye recently after 8 years and 3 kids later. If we didn’t move out of town we would still be there! All the teachers and staff have a true love and passion for children. Mrs. Linda is a rockstar! My oldest and middle both graduated from her pre-k class and they learned so much from her. We call this place family and will continue to keep in touch. I couldn’t have been more blessed to have found such a great place when we took a chance back in 2015. Thank you for everything y’all have done for my family! We will miss you all!!

These people are going viral on TikTok because a parent had put a recording device in her kids clothes and she could hear them physical abuse the kids and also verbally abusing them all the staff know and do nothing about it because they also are in on it everybody needs to do some research on these people and all there daycare centers because it’s not only at this location.
