I don't typically leave reviews for large grocery stores but this is getting ridiculous. Every time I order from grocery pickup, something is either opened, expired, missing, or I'm charged for 2 items but only received 1 item. When I purchase fruit, it's bad quality. Whoever is shopping is picking rotten, bruised, or about to expire produce. I've complained to Walmart's customer service over the phone and received a refund but the issues continue to happen. I think I've picked up groceries from this location at least 15-20 times and there hasn't been one time that was correct. Sometimes I Chuck it up to a loss and don't report it to customer service. I recently found out HEB offers a similar grocery pick up and that's where I will go from now on. Highly recommend others to do the same.

Horrible customer service by the employee Jalen. We purchased salt and he was quick to charge us but forgot to load the salt onto the cart and bring it out? When he came back we were already done and he was on his phone. Instead of helping or apologizing for my mom getting hurt and having to load them herself he was making excuses as to why he forgot!! Jalen needs some training or another job!

Just plain sucks. Can't find any help. Unfriendly. Auto service desk. No one attending.Primo water refill station doesn't work most of the time.I get anxiety when I go in just to get something quick because I live close by.

If there were no stars I would enter that but since I have to select I selected 1 star. This is due to the terrible curbside service we received today. The curbside number does have anyone who answers the phone at 210-952-6410 and the voicemail is full. We have been waiting for an associate to come out for over 30 minutes and still no sign of an associate. We tried calling and spoke to an associate at the store and there was no assistance provided. This has been the most convenient and terrible customer service. The staffing ratio should be increased due to the demands that is in this area. I would not recommend anyone using this curbside service. FYI, still waiting for an associate to come out and check on the cars waiting.

auto service very slow, they move from one vehicle to another without finishing any. 3 hours for oil change so far. personal moving around the shop. don't take your car here

WALMART DELIVERY IS NOT FREE OR UNLIMITED WITHOUT HIDDEN COST. You are forced to pay a tip each order and than walmart will split one order into 3 or 4 seperate deliveries and force you to tip each time they deliver.

I would rate the Auto Care service center with a 0 but Yelp does not allow me to. The worse service I have ever received at this Auto center made an appointment for 10 drove out at 12:30 over two hours for four tires. When asked if the Department Manager ( Ashley ) was there I was told she was there but currently off the property when the Store manager (Did not get his name) showed up he was no more help at all.

What's the point of doing curbside if I park and check-in. 15 minutes later someone comes out and asks what the name is on the order and then says they'll be right out with it. What's the point of using the app to check in and giving my parking spot number and color of vehicle. 15 more minutes and just came out. 30 minute wait time. Never again. Wow. Other customers came after me and left before me. Come on Walmart!

One star is too much. The people that work here hate their jobs and do not like to deal with a simple question. I can me To purchase a simple O ring which this SUPERCENTER does not carry anymore. It's considered an "optional part" lol what a joke!! I'll never come here again. Specifically because clientele is treated like cattle. Sheep. I'll definitely be ordering from the manufacturer. Thanks for the shitty service. Never again.

Very day is getting worse on Costumer Service, I just come when is emergency and for the Pool stuff only! Not recommended, is better stay with HEB ... more cashiers, client oriented, they packaged for you and also offer help outside. Walmart have an F !!!

This Walmart got rid of a lot of selections last year to where they're like a glorified convenient store. If you go in to buy a large amount of groceries it's nearly impossible to check yourself out and they only have one full-service checkout open in the entire store. The new Costco is really going to make them take a big hit. When you look at Walmart parking lot you can see there's an issue
