Worst pawn shop I’ve ever been to . The guy tested my Hawaiian bracelet then gives it to Christina, the assistant manager. She tells me she’s going to test it and scratch it. I said that’s fine thinking she’s going to test it the same way the guy just tested it. But NO she grabs some tool and scrapes my bracket 6 times before I yelled STOP. Was she trying to hit to the center ?? It’s solid gold ! It was an engraved Scratched line on my bracket . Who treats someone’s property like that?! Like a piece of trash ?! Then she says she can buff it out? Why on earth would she think it’s ok to damage my bracelet like that? I shared a picture of the scratch after she buffed it . Does she think she’s a jeweler now? For her to buff it and it’s still damaged is just mind blowing. I have made loans on my bracelet many times in Hawaii and in Texas and Never had anyone scratch a line in it, unbelievable. Hold a magnet to my bracelet there’s no metal in it. Worst pawn shop EVER!!

Christina was phenomenal, and gave me a great deal. Mario the manager was also very helpful and his customer service was great. Store has amazing selection. Recommend 100%

Went in to try to sell my two guns and get a price on them at this location. Old Hispanic hag with glasses who looked musty was extremely rude to me and my 8 month pregnant GF!! Right when she came from the back of the office she was making stank faces like she was smelling crap the whole time. These guns are in my gf name so she asked my gf questions on the rifle caliber size, and she didn't know the size... the rude worker was looking for the marking of the 556 cause she couldn't find it. So I tried to answer for her and Extremely rudely she said " I'm talking to her!" Multiple times. Idk why she was being rude but of course I got the guns and left cause me and my gf were not gonna sell it to that store and told her she shouldn't be handling guns if she doesn't know the rifle caliber size. It clearly says 556 NATO by the bolt! SMHBeen to other guns store where they know how to handle guns and are not rude!YALL STAY CLEAR FROM THIS LADY SHE OBVIOUSLY SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB TO BE MISERABLE IN!

This place is great! From the moment you walk in you can tell that you will be dealing with professional and customer service oriented staff. I got a very fair price on the items I brought in to sell and Alondra was amazing and very helpful. I definitely will be returning and referring others to this establishment. Thanks!

Used to be a standard pawn place, relatively similar interest rates for loans and everything, but they would send texts when your due date was coming up, and you could pay both online and over the phone. Without warning, they shut down all reminders, removed the option to pay online, and after calling I was told you can only extend or pay your loan in person with cash. God knows how many people lost items because they never got reminders after becoming accustomed to them, or were unable to travel to the store in time to pay the only way now allowed. Thank you for making interacting with your store as inconvenient as possible.

Well today one of the employees connected with me on the site Offer Up and was interested in the Louis Vuitton wallet that I was selling for 380 she offered 300 I excepted and she asked if I could bring it to her it's a 45 minute drive or we live in the weather was horrible today anyhow she asked her when they close she said that they would be there till six and they are closed on Sundays OK so my husband and my three-year-old daughter drove 45 minutes up there and two minutes before he got there I let her know that he was almost there and she told me that she was on break she couldn't handle cash when she was on break and I informed her that she never disclose that if she would have they will still be here. I also asked her if she'd be able to run out to the truck and grab a Wallet so my daughter didn't have to get out and I'm not baby my daughter this was like crazy rain flash flooding and all sorts of stuff she tied back that she was on break and then if it's not raining she would come out to the truck I've never been more disgusted in an employee in my life this by far is the worst customer service experience I've ever had and I'm almost 40 I'm horrified that people can be that heartless and just not care so that stuck on themselves and that's exactly what I got from this girl so no I would not be going there she's a bad reflection on that store and judging by the other things that I've read they're not doing so hot

I highly recommend this location.....Their merchandise is reasonable and in great condition....Staff is always courteous....I am especially pleased with the "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE" extended by Christina....Her friendliness and awesome personality are definitely a plus....She makes all my person to person and phone transactions extremely convenient.......I have been a customer for several years now and will continue to do business with her.She knows exactly what I am looking for in a Louis Vuitton and she takes the time to notify me of new arrivals. SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST.......?
