Walked in no greeting by any of the 4 or 5 employees in the building. Only me and 1 other customer in the store. Walked around for about 20 minutes with no acknowledgment what so ever. Was hoping to buy some watches and a MacBook. Won’t come back. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
This is the same experience the last 4 times I’ve come

Dean and his staff there were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, funny, and ever so gracious and humble. Really down to earth people, great prices, and fair haggling/sales if you bring in items. I have yet to pawn here but I met so many amazing fellow customers as well as getting to know the rest of the staff here. I will 100% be back, I was so happy with the service I received I came back same day! I give this place my official approval and will be back in again!
EDIT: yeah turns out theyre a bunch of liars and fakes >_>. Just like every Pawn shop owned by Cash America, their don't value people or their belongings. You're a statistic, not a person to them.

Kyle is the BEST! If a deal can be made Kyles your guy. He's a man of his word and she ands behind it. Always professional, polite, kind and a pleasure to deal with. Idk about the other guys but he IS THE BEST!!!

This place was better before cash America bought it..I recommend going somewhere else if you need help. The lady in the front is rude and you can tell she don't like her job.

Didn’t end up selling the items but the store and employees were great. They seem like they genuinely care about the customer and that’s what sets this pawnshop apart from the others here in SA -headphones guy

My cashier gave me no hassles. I needed extra money for gas he was very helpful and gave me what I asked for great job cashier I'll be back to pick up my stuff. a lot of nice things in there too

Brenda and the man she was working with really went above and beyond for me today and I thank you both so much. They didn't have a small air compressor that I could buy and carry back to my flat tire and I'm sure they could see me struggling walking with my bad knee. Without me even asking they got a larger one they have, gave me a ride back to my car and aired up my tire for me.They were truly a blessing in a huge town where I don't know anyone. Thank you so much and I will be back for sure
