I came to buy a product and asked 2 times for help. They said they would be right with me. After 40 min I decided to leave and was asked if they helped me. I said no but it’s okay. They weren’t rude or anything and seemed like very nice people but unfortunately not helpful.

Was interested in buying an item and took over 30 minutes before I left. Waste of time, this review probably won’t hurt them but if at least one person stays away because they don’t like being ignored, then I’m happy. August 29th 6pm-6:45 by the Nintendo switches and firearms. Check your cameras and see how no one helped me

Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for service by the rifles, I waited patiently initially because I was under the impression they were busy with a customer, to my surprise it was a group of workers just having “a good old time joking around” Immediately to my frustration I begin to walk out and am told “oh can I help you”. Me and my family will never be shopping here again. Disgusting customer service.

I was being helped and I was discussing something with an employee. I don’t know if the other employee thought the employee I was speaking to needed help, but he walked up and yelled “ whats your question?. Absolutely no reason to insert himself and no reason to talk to me the way he did when I was already speaking with someone. I’ve been here before and the employee was very nice and helpful. They also have a Tory Burch bag from the outlet on sale for 220.00. And a run down MK wallet for 40.00. I brought in LV items with receipts and they first refused to authenticate the item. Then agreed to. But kept saying the manager said they were fake. May as well go to a thrift store or Mercari.

I used to like this place until I met the manager today, he was rude with a dry personality and his customer service sucks! Three other associates were great, but not sure if I’ll be back.

My son has been wanting a Nintendo switch, I was trying to find a good deal on one but I couldn’t!I finally called this pawn shop and Dominique answered, she was so kind and patient as I asked if they had any available and what the price ranges were. They were perfect, I head over there with my 2 crazy kids, she showed us the switches, being very kind and patient again! We decided on the right one and we were checking out. She began charging it and was patiently waiting, it was taking alittle long so she told me if I needed to I could come back tomorrow with the switch because of any issues they’d immediately switch it out.My children were being crazy but she not once showed any type of frustration or eagerness to get us out of the shop. We had small talk and bam it turned on!It works perfect and such a great deal. Thank you so much Dominique for your kindness, it goes along way especially as someone who the day before got kicked out because my daughter was being too much ?I highly recommend this shop, please tell her I said thank you. Something so small, such as saying “you got a good mommy” to my son as we were leaving can impact someone so deeply, which she did! Thank you so much!

I came to this pawn is not the first time I want to sale my bianchi cortina bike which is 700 hundred dollars new I ask for 100 the offer me 60 dollars not fair at all and the employee Adellina very rude no customer service not maners I feel very unhappy I hope she go back to training.

I went there the other day and this guy named Josh Helped me he was so nice and super knowledgeable. He helped me find what I was looking for right away, and he wasn't bad to look at if you know what I mean??
