Paid $5 for a single screwdriver. No visible name brand nor painted over i presume. It's rusty part or the tip is uneven and it has 2 different colors of paint on the handle. Wouldn't recommend using this place ?

If only I could give Cash America Pawn more than 5 stars. I am very amazed with these young employees. There young men and woman have such great customer service. Let me tell yall, when employees respect each other and get along in a workplace, it's amazing how productivity increases, morale increases and employees are more courteous to customers. I want to thank Jacob, Kayla, Marcus, Ashley and Jarod for yalls kindness every time I go by. Keep up the good work guys

This place is exactly why pawn shops have such a bad reputation. They do not stand by what they sell. In this case a tablet that was still connected to someone's account (probably stolen). After attempting factory reset, the device was still locked. Was told "This is a pawn shop, all items are sold as is." No refund, they kept our money, and informed us we should have purchased a peace of mind plan (which wasn't offered at the time of sale). Stay away from these crooks unless you are looking to buy or sell stolen goods.

I do not recommend going to this place some of the people are a little shady.. I want you all to know that this place does not care about your privacy. I lost smart tv a while back, but I went back and put in layaway to include a tablet. We'll I pulled my tv out first and brought it home thinking dam I have to enter and register all my information again but low and behold all my information was still there. I clicked on disney and my profile came out just like all the other. I let go cause I was well I have tv it's ok, well today I went to take my tablet out came home and guess what it to was never reset.
I called the manager did ask her policy about people who loose the stuff, she say we reset, I WENT OFF. My information was left on my tablet. I have called corporate. If you value your privacy I would take any smart devices. It's clear they did not follow policy.

I've been getting loans here for the last few years. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you stay on track with your loans. They are also pretty honest with looking up game systems and pricing so they don't try to cheat you.
