“Decided to take my iPad mini 6 to this store to fix my screen. The guy who works there did an excellent job with my iPad making it like new with no problems. He provided me really good customer service that he was really nice guy which he also gave me $50 dollars off. I don’t regret coming there and I think I will come back to this store again if my phone or computer gets broken for it to get fixed again. “My husband and I needed to quickly replace a phone on our plan. We called this Verizon store 15 minutes before closing. Danny answered the phone. We told him that we would be there in a few minutes and exactly what we were looking for. Danny was helpful and professional from the start. We arrived and he expedited the transaction faster and more efficiently than we have ever witnessed when buying a new phone. He stayed 20 minutes past closing to complete our purchase. What an asset Danny is to Verizon!”

“I ordered total of 4 iPhones but decided to go with just tow of those. The process of canceling the order and processing the new order is very time consuming. Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. Trust me, not all managers or employees in sales has that attitude of helping the customer who is need.”

“The manager of this store helped us. He was incredible!! Did abt three things at once and all efficiently!! He gave us a good price and was very knowledgeable. He kept reassuring us he would help us as soon as feasible which took a little timw but no mistake of his own. It was bc of the issue he was dealing with. He put the Screen protector on perfectly and transferred our info from one phone to another and another phone from a different network to another. He even greeted one customer by name!! I used to be a Tmobile customer but so far, I am totally impressed with AT&T. I am definitely going back to this store for ANY questions.”

Without a map for guidance I was lost in San Antonio … for a while looking for an ATT sign so I could get help….
