I was referred to this clinic by my P/C DOC. I came in with lower back pain with mostly on the lower right side. The individuals in the office were always very professional, attentive with your needs of following appointments. They worked with you on setting up your schedule with your preferences of days and times. This was also paid attention with heavy schedules. Another point was there contact with you about coming up appointments to notify you and availability to attend or reschedule. All very friendly. All the physical therapist were very professional and concerned with your low and high points to work with you. All I can say is that upon starting therapy I did have quite a bit of pain and unable on some movement. Upon my completion of therapy my pain had alleviated and had more availability to move. I want to thank y'all in the office for your concern and support. Y'all have a great team working there.

Need to express my Five Star satisfaction with the therapists, facility and receptionists. It's been a great experience and the knowledge everyone has is top notch. Couldn't have asked for a better group and facility to assist with my PT.

I walked into this center on crutches 3 months after a complicated heel surgery.Pros:Sawyer, the assistant PT. He previously had lower extremity trauma but successfully recovered, and he knows what he does. He was inspirational because what he does now in sports is impressive considering his trauma history. He also cares about what he does - not just rushing through, but explaining in detail every aspect of exercise.Cons:no manual therapy like joint mobilization or scar management at all for me. I needed that! I asked if I needed to do scar mobilization, and they said, "O, yes, because your skin is not moving enough. Just do something like that". They rubbed my scar for a second and that's all. I went to a different place, and the PT pressed on my foot and shook it..., also did manual subtalar mobilization - some magic. And, the walking pain went away significantly. I suppose I had some slight displacement not visible on the Xray, and he fixed it.No aquatics for me. Aquatics was the main reason I came to the place. I could not walk on my own, I was not ready for 100% weight bearing, and my foot was like a piece of log. I hoped that with the help of water, I regain the ability to roll my foot, tiptoe, and walk naturally, not just bang my foot on the floor like a prosthetic. I was very disappointed when the PT said I was too advanced for the aquatic, and that the aquatic would be counterproductive for me at that point.I could not walk, my foot was sore and swollen, and I was too advanced!I guess that they just follow a written protocol based on how many days passed after the surgery, and don't consider individual case complications.I was really sore after each PT session. I'd say I'd feel worse than before. I don't know whether it was due to the hardware, due to edema, or something else. I don't think I was ready to do any exercises with full weight on my foot. I needed a transition period that I did not have. When I went to the surgeon for a follow-up, I complained about rigidness and pain after PT sessions, guess what the surgeon said? 'Why don't you go to the pool? The water does magic. Just swim and do exercises in the water'. So, the surgeon did not think I was too advanced, and the PT did.So, I quit the therapy after a while since it gave me too much pain. I joined the local gym and just did a lot of water walking. I also tried to raise on toes or walk on my toes in the water, and did some water massage - you know the hole where the water comes out into the pool, it comes out with pressure - a great massage tool! With slow progress, I achieved normal balance and learned to roll my foot when walking, and my foot is now moving much better. Only after a couple of weeks of doing water exercises daily in the water, I was able to return to land exercises without significant pain.I am very disappointed that I was referred to as "too advanced", however, I am grateful for the several exercises Sawyer showed me, especially one with the step to stretch Achilles. It was very effective! I still do them at home! The needling therapy at this place: I did it once. I liked it, and I think it helped with the "after-exercise" pain definitely. However, I did not like the fact that it was done with no skin disinfection. I read that skin disinfection is not required for needling, but it would still be nice to rub the insertion spot with some alcohol pad, just to make the client feel better at least.I am ready to remove the hardware now, and I hope all the pain will disappear, and I will be able to do even more exercises.Sawyer, good luck with the sports! Thank you for the therapy.

I had a wonderful experience with Mission Physical Rehabilitation and would recommend it highly. The excellent experience started with Sophia, who helped with insurance confirmation and scheduling in friendly and prompt fashion. Then Clayton worked with me and helped resolve my physical complaints. He was patient, professional, and persistent in working to find exercises that would help with my problem. He provided clear and helpful explanations in answer to my questions. He made sure I had a plan for maintaining my progress after discharge and that I understood it before I was discharged. Both physical therapist Kelvin and PT student-in-rotation Phil also worked with me and helped me a lot. All in all I had a great experience with Mission Physical Rehabilitation. Thank you!
