Took forever just to find an employee not on the register and then when I found one she was clueless telling me that the patches like all Army units went by number. Could not understand some units do not have numbers that have Soldiers. Like ARNORTH, Army SOCOM Land Component, DHA, or the one I wanted AMC.
Manager came out and checked and rudely informed me they did not carry it and after all they cannot carry everything. What??? IMCOM HQ who wears the AMC patch is on FT Sam. Not to mention every Army Post has Garrison (AMC) staff on it! What’s next no 101st on FT Campbell? No 82nd on FT Liberty?
Offered to order it but could not give me any idea of a timeframe. Rude workers who are not interested in correcting error and actually helping customers! Went home ordered directly from Ira Green, here in a week. Worthless store, avoid!

Not the biggest Navy selection. PTU’s are only track jackets, bottoms and sweat pants. Fleece sizes run small and extra small. Ribbon selections are unorganized and very limited. Better luck shopping on the navy exchange website if you have enough time before needing anything.

They don't do alterations anymore... only patch sewing. They also will not do same day anymore, so if you're driving a good distance to get here... dont.
