My Jaguar XF lost all power and I had it towed expecting to hear the worst. Instead I was greeted by Owner Karen who immediately recognized the problem. He then proceeded to verify the problem. Although several codes came up his experience told him it was something very simple. He went above and beyond my wildest expectations when he called the dealer and allowed me to hear his shop's price and what it would cost me retail. Needless to say it was a big difference. So, he told me not to worry and gave me rhe part at his price. I was back rolling within 4 hours. MGM Auto will be my first stop moving forward. I highly recommend MGM Auto.

My 2013 BMW 328i had a major leak coming from the oil filter housing and inter coolant. The BMW Dealership was too far for me to go. I am very happy that I took my vehicle to MGM Auto after I googled and saw that they had excellent reviews. This is an outstanding shop with knowledgeable skilled mechanics. They have on stock most popular parts needed for most works. Because of this, I was able to drive my car the same day. They have decent prices and military friendly. Thanks to Magerian, the mechanic that worked on my car. Not only he showed me what he was replacing, but also made me aware that oil filter installed by Valvoline Instant Oil Change, was not the original required. MGM Auto is now my new auto mechanic shop to go.

I bought a used BMW 535i off FB market place and got took bad. Took it to MGM Auto and this man quickly found lots of problems that needed repair. Showed me each part removed to prove was bad, gave me his cost on many of the parts only charging me the labor and even then not all the labor he could had charged.Hard to find a honest shop these days, got lucky and found this place let me tell you, I can only imagine what BMW would had charged me to fix my 535i.I was reading the one star reviews and could not believe what I was reading, none of them made sense. These people had to of gotten the wrong shop because I have not seen him do any of the things he was given a bad review from. I know how a wrongful review makes you feel, gotten a bunch from an ex friend, so I hope this helps him push those wrongful reviews out. I was not asked to do this, not paid, given any deal, I did this on my own, he earned it.But my car is sick again and has to go back for the rest of the repairs I put off, wanted my car back quick because it was still new to me at the time and rushed to get it back before the rest of the parts could come in, that is my fault but it is going back for repair.This is a real review if anybody thinks this is fake, you can call me at my place of business, Texas Precision Guns in Kenedy TX, ask for me and I will tell you myself.

Excellent mechanic ! Worked on my daughters mini coup and hasn't had any problems since. He specializes on foreign cars. it'll be quality work for less then the dealer.

This shop is great . Very accessible and easy to get to . The owner is very knowledgeable at his business and respectful. Its great to do business with people who are honest and transparent. To me thats the biggest part of doing business is the respect. Quick and clean service . No run around! I will definitely be back for some body work and what ever else I may need in the future .If you like things done right with proper parts and installation i highly recommended MGM!

2008 Mini cooper was not running. Took it to MGM. Had the work done and back on the road within 2 hours. It's running great now. Definitely recommend this place. They did a great job.
