Good store to pay my bill at.but not good store to buy phone from.. They told me to cum bak for a screen protector ..I went Bak they never kept there word to get me my screen protector I paid for.

The Girl with glasses and tattoos all over her body had terrible customer service, she attempted to help two customer at once. Then she started to have a huge conversation with the other person, leaving me standing there for 10 min maybe more. While she talked about a video game. Another employee saw me standing there for a while and she stepped up and finish the tattoo ladies half Finnished job. The ACTUAL employee who help me was fast and polite (She was a short lady with short hair, I didn't get her name, but she was fast ,polite, and prompt) but the laddie with tattoos all over her body had pathetic customer service. I'd rather wait for the other employees next time, (the other employee who helped me was AWESOME) but your only as strong as your weakest link. I RARELY type reviews because it's usually not worth the hassle so this should show how terrible her service was.

Sold me wrong item that was the fault of the sales person then wouldn't refund money after I discovered error just a couple of hours later, didn't have anything to exchange item and unwilling to make it right

The worker in the mornings either doesn't know anything about her job and Metro Pcs policies, or she's just racist. Everytime I went there , and asked anything, she either gave me a clear wrong answer, or she gave me a response meant to make me leave. She pretended not to know the store number, corporate number, anything. As if I wouldn't go online and find it. Definitely don't recommend unless youre Hispanic
