These guys, the white one with light eyes and the other one who speaks Spanish, are scammers, they don't go to this store. The owner of the store shouldn't have these two people who are only trying to deceive people. Please, no more of these people in this country.

If u need a phone don’t come to this metro . They overcharge u and say it’s a “good deal” when in fact it isn’t . The accessories are added making u pay so much more than what the actual price is . Every metro is different why they all have different prices . Brunch of frauds and I’m getting in contact with the HR of metro . That’s not right charge the actual price if the phone is free then it should be no more than $100 if I don’t want your stupid accessories!! If they charge more than $100 look somewhere else I promise you’ll get better deals than this place !!!! I literally just when to a different and got the phone I wanted for $110 . STAY AWAY

I paid my moms phone yesterday and it got disconnected and 3 way calling don’t work most of the times it’s so ridiculous and disappointing I call to the store like 15 times and no answer and mailbox is full what a waste of time and money

Eddie was super helpful! We had a difficult switching of 4 lines from att and setting up home internet, and he helped us very smoothly. He was also very kind and talked us through the whole process. Will be going back for our metro needs….

New customer? Go see Mr. Jose S. At this location. VERY PATIENT, friendly, good attitude,answers all your questions, good advise if you ask. Didn't get the other gentleman's name but they work wonderfully together!!!

Definitely would consider purchasing another phone from this store or better yet the gentlemen that assisted me. The associate (Jacob) that helped me made sure my needs were met even if it meant him being on the phone calling a few people to get my issue taken care of. He made sure that the person on the phone would let him speak and even made sure they wouldn't hang up in a hurry. He explained to me that the issue I was having was going to be difficult but reassured me he would do all he could to help me so I would be satisfied. He made sure to explain everything to my understand even the small print most don't mention. Thank you sir.. Hands down a good employee and dedicated worker. If you go another store I definitely will be following you for your service.
