Let me start this review by stating one statement.
MARTIN is more than an asset! He was very helpful Knowledgeable Charismatic Enthusiastic and displayed his Leadership traits.
I did not feel like a customer I felt like a guest I purchased a new phone and new service because of that gentleman I felt comfortable and I didn't feel like I was pressured or Persuaded to buy anything.

In the store they say that they open at 9 am and they open at whatever time they want, terrible service, on Wednesdays the store is closed

I went in just to buy a SIM card and was told it would be $36 no exceptions… me being a former metro employee know that you call customer service to have it waived for the inconvenience and the amount of time a customer has been with us which I’ve been 6plus years and the sim is just not getting signal anymore no other issues with my device and she said at her location that was not allowed to do for me to go to the location I used to work for and I informed her they close at eight. This is one of the only locations that is open till 9 PM which is the closest to me, because I do not live in San Antonio, and she refused to make the attempt or effort to contact customer service and to open my account and to be evaluated until assist me

It says on line open at 9and they get there at 10:30 also there is a lady that is rude and don't want to help she told me she couldn't help me over a bill I had to call customer service

I want to send a shout out to a person that's a very great technician and always solved my problems with my phone I called him the \\\"wizard,\\\" can I wish there were more humans like him on this Earth. I would say his name but I don't want to miss pronounce it but believe me those that I've talked to in this store know who I'm talkin about they have great service so next time you walk into the store ask for the wizard

Bad experience close ten minutes early. Store at 119 Military Dr. a female employee close the store early all I need is to make a payment but she close the Register early like ten minutes before 9pm.

I have been in different stores and never got treated good, But the customer service in this store is very good. I don't know about the previous bad reviews but these guys are good, they will take care of you. Specially the manager Muriel. I will go ahead and tell everyone about this store.

Michael was very helpful and gave us the best deal available. Would hace given it a 5 but since it is a smaller store than others the selection of phones was also smaller. Other than that it was a nice experience.
