My son and I decided to make our phone payment in the store and look at the phones. To our surprise the young lady Dolores was so helpful, she was patient, she helped us and 4 other sets of customers while we were there. She was kind to my 9yrold making small talk. She had superb customer service. She handled the flow of people gracefully, and for that I see she is an asset to the company. It's great service like that which I feel deserves the time for a review. I love to leave a review for any deserving person in the customer service world as it is so hard to find these days. I normally pay online because I'm always on the go and never have time to stop in the store but I am glad it was that location, which we were blessed to have Dolores assist us. She was knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed. She gave every customer the same respect and so many individuals are quick to anger or get irritated, and not have time to help. May the Lord bless her 10fold, and this business for the Amazing service they deliver. Sending Love from The Shearerfam❤️??

Don't waste ur time here especially If the girl with curly hair and tattoos is there. She rude as hell and not very knowledgeable. She seems to only be there to collect a check and not too much into really helping solve issues.

This is for Sonia ? I hope I got her name right my husband and I went in on May18, 2023 and want to give her a big thanks on helping us get home internet we had went to a different location and the girl didn't seem to know what she was doing and no luck . All in all we had a great experience with this young lady thank you and bless her heart ❤️

Finally, a store that offers Outstanding customer service! I went to the Metro on HWY 90 on a Friday evening, 15min from closing time and was told they could not help me because it was closing time. The employees here were friendly and attentive. I recommend this location!

I live in Washington State. My 19 year old daughter is traveling through Texas for a business project. She broke her phone. I sent her to get the upgrade that we qualified for while she was in Ft. Worth at 1201 Martin Luther King Jr, STE 101 on Jan 26th. The sales lady gave her the wrong phone, a Motorola G Stylus, not the 5g version of the same phone, and did not offer options. The sales lady did not provide a receipt as she didn't know how to load the printer tape. I am writing this just two days later. My daughter was sent to San Antonio, about 300 miles away. She went to a Metro store there, with the new phone and packaging materials. She was told that she could only make the exchange at the Ft. Worth location. It was a $60 difference in price. The state that all sales are final (on the non-existent receipt). I spent hours, on the phone, between corporate stores and "customer care". The best solution that anyone could come up with was for her to buy the correct phone at full retail, and sell hers privately. The customer care is horrible. They won't let to speak to anyone that could help at the corporate level. Worst experience.

I'm very thankful for Gloria Ann A. from the store on Goliad road San Antonio Texas. She always goes the extra mile and she's just wonderful. If she's not in the store I walk out and I come back when she works.
