I went in today to return a 5G gateway they gave me during a promotion before the first month was up. The man there said that I had to return it to the store I got it from. That's fine, but then I asked if I could give him my card to set up autopaymenys for my other services and he denied service. His excuse was since I was already going to the other store just set up autopayments there with them, which I can do, but if it was a service I was requesting while I was already in his store and he was able to do it why do I have to go to another store to do it? The place was empty so it's not like he was busy helping other customers. He was just listening to music and scrolling on his phone. God forbid a paying customer asks him for help with a service.

What's up, Googlers!!!! it's your boy! Henry, and I am back at it again with another one? Came to leave my review all this metro pcs on Couples right Is down the street from the car wash. I gotta tell you. I am very happy with the service that I got here from the managerDavid and his sells associate jen We're such a great big help and helping me pick out a new phone. And of course, Dave, being a great salesman. Upsold me on the glass protector and a case protector believe me, it sucks dropping That kind of money, but these are things that you do not want to miss out on or go cheap.,the reason is because you're just going to break your phone and be back at square A. So better that you upgrade and protect your equipment. It is literall your communication to society. Now I told dave what happened how my phone was stolen recently as why I needed to buy a new one. He upsold me and not just because of up selling for business, purposes but he really was listening on how my phone was stolen at the workplace job site And recommended that I buy this clipper that you can clip on to your work jean so you can't lose your phone and that's why i'm here to leave a review because that what I call great service. ? I called several metros looking for the iPhone pro max 14 and the person working here made sure I’d get it . He ordered it from another store and when I showed up he showed and did every effort to help me save time and money. I am impressed and very happy with my purchase . I wish wvery one did his job like he did . Made me feel like I was their only customer. :-) . Will be coming here from now on.

Ali Hussein Horrible horrible staff. Forceful to buy, any time we asked questions, staff became aggressive and told us we didn't know what we were talking about. We mentioned our options in regards to other services and staff started asking us to leave shutting us up saying "we tried to help, leave my store". Do not go here to these money hungry fools, they don't want to help, they are only looking out for themselves. After employee's realized I posted this review, they stated stealing my personal accounts and leaving ugly comments.

To whom it may concern my name is Raymond Garcez.I want to let the cooperation know about this store. Metro here at cupples rd is so impressive.I am so happy with my purchase. I am blessed to have had such a great encounter with the staff here at metro. Worked with my budget and even set up all my devices. The lady who helped me was named bee I really am so happy with the customer service I got here. Her and manager named Ali helped me get some apps for free on my tablet. I went home and stayed up all night playing with my new tablet and it did everything they said it would. These workers didn't lie to me about anything they even helped me save 4 dollars a monthI will return soon and bring my whover here to this metroole family
