I was very satisfied with the help I received from Ms Kat she is very intelligent and very knowledgeable. She helped me with phone and get everything together she's outstanding and a very very good representative of the company! Highly recommend

Kat is a very knowledgeable and very professional. She got to the problem and took care of it. I did have to come back four times but that's not her fault that was mine. I did not do what she told me to do. If I did do what she told me to do I did not have to come back four times. That was my fault.

Went to Metro to get my daughter a new phone and came out more than pleased and excited excellent customer service going to get the gentleman's name but they were very helpful
