I was calling about 8 times and NO answer i also walked in calling phone was ringing and the employer was just sitting there not answering phone calls . I wasted my gas just because he could not pick phone up when i just has one simple question. 6/9/2024

Wrost experience I had in such a long time. The fat lady that works there belittle me and cussed at me and try ripping me off money trying to get me to pay more then what I should. I was there to get the 50$ plan and she was trying to make me pay 100. Online it says free activation fee online and in store. She continued to talk over me and belittle me asking if I ever worked. I said yes I'm 34 years old of course I worked I have 5 kids that I gotta look after. I was there on a Friday at 9:40am to pay my phone online and on the store window it said the open at 10:00am. She was 30 mins late and came to work with a bad attitude had disgusting behavior towards me. She said if I didn't like that she was late that I should of left. I had to tell her she needed to be on time to work I asked if that's how she carry herself is coming late to work. She said nothing. I told her the other employee charge me 58$total for the phone to be turned on a taller older man. She said rudely that she don't know who that is. And wanted to charge me 100. I already had the metro phone I just needed the service 50 dollar plan. Her computer system was not even on cause she herself told me it wasn't so she came up with a number in her head. It was so weird .anyways please don't go there they try to rip people off. Go to the one up the street by the highway next to Bill millers it's newer and they treat you better there with respect
They made me pay 58$ Everytime even when I needed to reactivate my service no thanks to them my phone is on right now I had to go with a different phone company it was a good thing my phone is unlock ?
