I recently tried to go to this particular metro 2 different times and the girl who was working on 6/19/2023 needs to be FIRED!!!! The 1st time she went and Locked the door and wouldnāt even come to the door to give me an explanation of why they were closed during business hrs. Then the 2nd time unfortunately she had other customers so she couldnāt lock the door this time. Se was rude, and very unprofessional. As I explained that I was there to transfer my ACP plan over. She tries telling me that it takes 30 days, then she tries charging for a phone that was free. This lady doesnāt even know me but sits on her high horse passing judgement. The owner really needs to fire this woman! Horrible place, donāt even waste your time. Thereās another metro right down the street

If I could I would give a -1000 rating. Zero professionalism, customer service skills, and the want to help the customers. Iām considering where Iām going to switch service to now because I bought a phone and ended up getting a free iPhone from a family member. (who wouldnāt want an iPhone as Appleseed to an android) As the receipt clearly states that a phone taken back before 7 days will be refunded minus activation fee and accessory fee. You could feel the negative energy when we went back to return the phone as soon as you walk in the door. The lady tells us to wait while she is on a personal call. Stated our reason for being there and she says the store doesnāt do refunds. She then proceeds to calm the general manager and lie telling him we got the phone for free so he said no refund. Yet a new line was set up it was no add on or upgrade clearly you can see from the receipt. She then says no refund and tells us to leave the store while proceeding to call the cops saying we refused to leave the store and weāre threatening her. Another lie. We go to 4 other metro stores who all say the reason for refund is valid and Iām owed a refund. They even called the store to see why we couldnāt get a refund and the lady was rude to them and hung up on them as well. This is the worst experience Iāve ever had and weāre definitely viewing other options to take our business to because this experience made me loose all confidence in this company. Who calls the cops on you for wanting a refund you are owed? SMH. Her own employees talk about her and how rude she is to them and the customers. Shame.

Man let me tell you I had cricket and I switched to metro I used to have metro before they merged with TMobile service used to be good along with price but not anymore expensive and service sucks not to mention we got "free" phones with the switch any free phone you get actually has a fee of about $50 rounding off plus the phones were defective (worst part of defect includes not receiving iPhone messages) and they have a no exchange no refund policy so imma switch back over to cricket it's cheaper and I've never had a problem with them worst experience ( for switching fee - $125 activation fee - $35 free phone fee - $50 about they didn't disclose actual fee amt I guess they charged me for breathing their air too ) ok I'm done smh ??āāļø

Finally, a store that offers Outstanding customer service! I went to the Metro on HWY 90 on a Friday evening, 15min from closing time and was told they could not help me because it was closing time. The employees here were friendly and attentive. I recommend this location!

The āmanagerā Stephanie seems to be super popular in these reviews she is super rude and has a ugly attitude. She tried to act like a thug and come outside the store yelling but then pulls out her phone and takes pictures of our car talking about Iām gonna call the cops ??āāļø Complaint to corporate has been made already. I dont understand why the district manager hasnāt done something about this store manager.

if I could give zero stars I would, Stephanie is very unprofessional and is very rude. She gives attitude and thinks she can because this is "her store" ?. My mom was with me when I went to ask about my plan and she immediatly started being rude, speaking over me repeatedly and my mom was talking to me about the papers for my account and to read them and she told my mom to mind her business. And my mom yelled at her cause who tf. Then she kicked my mom out the store ? and proceeded to tell me "im not the one she lucky im off the clock" ???? but then threatens to call the cops and doesnt wanna give me any info on my account. She needs to be fired. Next people aint gon be so calm and will slap her short fat bowling ball built self ? so be more professional please and ty

I live in Washington State. My 19 year old daughter is traveling through Texas for a business project. She broke her phone. I sent her to get the upgrade that we qualified for while she was in Ft. Worth at 1201 Martin Luther King Jr, STE 101 on Jan 26th. The sales lady gave her the wrong phone, a Motorola G Stylus, not the 5g version of the same phone, and did not offer options. The sales lady did not provide a receipt as she didn't know how to load the printer tape. I am writing this just two days later. My daughter was sent to San Antonio, about 300 miles away. She went to a Metro store there, with the new phone and packaging materials. She was told that she could only make the exchange at the Ft. Worth location. It was a $60 difference in price. The state that all sales are final (on the non-existent receipt). I spent hours, on the phone, between corporate stores and "customer care". The best solution that anyone could come up with was for her to buy the correct phone at full retail, and sell hers privately. The customer care is horrible. They won't let to speak to anyone that could help at the corporate level. Worst experience.

Stephanie is the reason this metro station bout to be shut down, sheās beyond rude! To say she inconsiderate to customers is a major understatement. I went in with questions and uncertainties about my current phone plan and the only answer had was to call the cops⦠being a young black man in America I obviously fled the scene cause thatās a battle Iām not even tryna face. At the end of the day it was clear and obvious why no one was in the store when I showed up⦠Iām glad I left when I did
