My husband went in to buy a phone today from this location and he immediately got judged as soon as he entered. The rep assumed he needed a rebate plan and confirmed he didn't qualify for one(which he never asked her to do) and then proceeded to tell him the price of a phone he didn't even ask for like he couldn't afford it! Instead of treating him like a paying customer that he was she treated him poorly until his card was approved! He's a black man who deals with racism 8 out of 10 places he goes! I'm so sick of it! People please stop judging and racially profiling! No one should be treated that way! Its unacceptable!

I came in this location with the intention of replacing my phone because my toddler broke my phone. I entered the location and the worker assumed I didn't have enough money for a phone based on my appearance,not knowing that I had a card with over 4,000 dollars on it. Once she figured out I was able to afford a phone her attitude changed. Long story short don't judge a book by its cover.

Good service but only thing I'd I've only had the phone for 7 days and haven't dropped it or did any Damage to it and the screen keeps goin black for no reason.. I keep calling up there and the number doesn't even ring just goes straight to voice-mail and the voice-mail isn't even set up

the location is really awesome. The young man who helped me today is on point with customer service. He listened to my concerns regarding having bad experiences at other metro locations. He was really concerned and helped me with the problems I was having with my phone. good job.
