What a terrible experience with the customer service level. I paid my mom’s bill which was more than usual and since she’s a senior citizen I couldn’t afford to have her go without a cell phone. She somehow mustered up the strength (she has mobility issues) and head into the store herself to see why her bill was so high. She called me from there with the rep on the line. The rep herself was already frustrated and started raising her tone with me so I stopped that really quick by having us both take a deep breath. Well it wasn’t enough because the rep told me that the reason why her bill was so high is because the promo code had not been applied. The rep said my mom was supposed to come two days before her bill was due to have her promo code applied. Well obviously my mom had no idea she had to do that so we assumed that the rep would apply the promo code or at least credit her next bill as it would be half of what I initially paid. So now I over paid and they are unable to refund me what I overpaid or give her credit. It’s a lost cause. And the only resolution was to go back the following month two days before the bill is due to apply the promo code. Btw, the lady we spoke to was a lady named Shari. I asked to talk to a manager and said they couldn’t do more for me and gave the phone back to my mom who was left waiting on the line with me with no resolution. Somehow Shari got upset that my mom wouldn’t leave the store and came back on the phone with me to say that I need to call customer service and say that my mom can’t afford the higher bill and she wants it reduced. While yes, this is a solution, it completely disregards the whole point of this to begin with. Why does one have to wait a month before promo codes are applied? Also, I didn’t appreciate Shari’s treatment of my elderly mother. She can raise her voice at me but don’t be rude to people who really can’t defend themselves. Shari ended up calling customer service on our behalf since my mom was just there and not leaving. This has yet to be resolved but it’s disheartening to know my mom or anyone else gets treated this way when they simply go for answers to their questions.

Good place to waste your time while you wait to be served. 40 minutes to dedicate to a single person and without counting how much longer I would have waited if I had not left the place. What an abuse to wait so long for nothing

About five days ago, I had lost my iPhone 11 Pro when I got out of my Lyft ride and since I couldn’t file a claim with Boost Mobile due to only being allowed two claims in a calendar year, I had tried to deal with Cricket which was a nightmare; I had decided to go to MetroPCS by T-Mobile and I have no regrets whatsoever as they were very professional, forthright, hardworking and trustworthy. I made a slight downgrade to the iPhone 11 and the service is very good and much better than Boost Mobile. Five stars across the board.
