I was standing on the side of building minding my own business, sending emails. And the manager called police on me.Nope not changing my opinion they still are horrible, but for another reason....There service is horrible the one, calls constantly drop so bad to the point that an employee actually told us to leave and go to another carrier. Thanks for the advice now we get full use of our phones and. And I was Able to write this review in 4 and a half minutes as opposed to the 20 minutes it normally would take. TannThanks buddy.

I live in Washington State. My 19 year old daughter is traveling through Texas for a business project. She broke her phone. I sent her to get the upgrade that we qualified for while she was in Ft. Worth at 1201 Martin Luther King Jr, STE 101 on Jan 26th. The sales lady gave her the wrong phone, a Motorola G Stylus, not the 5g version of the same phone, and did not offer options. The sales lady did not provide a receipt as she didn't know how to load the printer tape. I am writing this just two days later. My daughter was sent to San Antonio, about 300 miles away. She went to a Metro store there, with the new phone and packaging materials. She was told that she could only make the exchange at the Ft. Worth location. It was a $60 difference in price. The state that all sales are final (on the non-existent receipt). I spent hours, on the phone, between corporate stores and "customer care". The best solution that anyone could come up with was for her to buy the correct phone at full retail, and sell hers privately. The customer care is horrible. They won't let to speak to anyone that could help at the corporate level. Worst experience.

I bought new phone cause mine broke guy told me it be cheaper if I get a new line. He also told me it came with one year warranty. Told him cool got new phone new number and for same plan $50. Turns out I was put on the $60 plan and I was being charged for $5 for calls to mexico and $5 a month for the warranty. Sadly when I got here guy walked to straight to the back moment I left he came out. Lucky guy who fixed for me let me know everything in detail. Still got pay $70 this month tho since it to late

About 2 months ago i decided to upgrade my phone with Metro PCS on Fredericksburg Rd to the Samsung Galaxy A20.
It was a total nightmare!!!! ?
I paid $250 for the new phone #1, within the first week it messed up, took it back in and they say they have to order a warranty refurbished phone, take 3-5 days, i was totally upset ?, they should have replaced the phone with w new one right then. So i waited and picked up the replacement phone #2, brought it back the next morning, it was worse than the first one. Said all they could do is order another warranty refurbished phone, so i waited again till it came in.
Received that one #3 and Guess what?>":>it was messed up too. This was #3 Phone. Had to send it back to Samsung for repair, they replaced the mother board and sent it back to me. received it, checked it, thought ok , maybe we are good to go, NOT!!! after i transferred my number to it, it messed up again! Took it directly to the UbreakIfix place that had already seen and checked it out before i sent to Samsung for repair. They check it out, replace the rear assembly, messed with it for another day to see if any issues. i picked it up and transferred my number to it once more, SAME DAM ISSUE! So i wasted so much time and energy with trying to get my phone fixed and $250
I;M DONE WITH SAMSUNG AND METRO PCS!
