Good customer service Rafi went out of his way to help us open an account helped us set up new phone service offered us and gave us great phone packages with a great plan and helped us apply for a discount program was very nice and helpful very patient on helping us great service I would recommend friends and family to this store .

The two Middle Eastern guys were very mean to the hispanic guy I think that's kind of wrong especially because it's in an Hispanic community they're keeping your doors open don't treat them bad.

Called before coming in person to verify unbelievably low cost and free devices for those starting a new account/new line.Associate Virginia is an absolute wonder & wealth of knowledge of Metro, T-Mobile & Metro by T-Mobile telling me if I get in near or at her off-time she'd wait for me.Ms. Virginia was true to her word for she was there right at quitting time and when I asked for Virginia she Stepped Up.She made sure I received what we'd discussed on the tele, was incredibly helpful and seemed to know all about current promotions + which had the best cameras, the most onboard internal storage and those with the most onboard RAM.Selected a OnePlus 5G Device that literally runs circles around All competitors; nice-nice device.Thank you Associate Ms. Virginia,Thank you Metro by T-Mobile,Peace ✌️Brian Bruce

My experience is that I was with cricket for over 10 years for a change after dealing with some stuff went to Metro in less than six months gone through three phones keep having problems with the same thing over and over again plus some of the employees are very rude condescending, and only likes to belittle you to be honest and even truly sure how I feel about it I just hate when my bill comes do and I have to go up there and deal with them

Service was good but we don't really recommend the Motorola phone due to our bad experience right after purchasing it. It kept turning off and staying on the Metro screen for long periods of time. We were told we just needed to re-start it every time it does that.

Shopped here spent thousands for i phones Bluetooth speakers chargers etc. was short $3 dollars to pay my bill and Bobby would not let me go been a customer for over five years and he chose $3 dollars ask him if he can wave like a few other stores did in the past he said im a liar and stores can’t do that don’t worry Bobby ill be switching soon ????

I live in Washington State. My 19 year old daughter is traveling through Texas for a business project. She broke her phone. I sent her to get the upgrade that we qualified for while she was in Ft. Worth at 1201 Martin Luther King Jr, STE 101 on Jan 26th. The sales lady gave her the wrong phone, a Motorola G Stylus, not the 5g version of the same phone, and did not offer options. The sales lady did not provide a receipt as she didn't know how to load the printer tape. I am writing this just two days later. My daughter was sent to San Antonio, about 300 miles away. She went to a Metro store there, with the new phone and packaging materials. She was told that she could only make the exchange at the Ft. Worth location. It was a $60 difference in price. The state that all sales are final (on the non-existent receipt). I spent hours, on the phone, between corporate stores and "customer care". The best solution that anyone could come up with was for her to buy the correct phone at full retail, and sell hers privately. The customer care is horrible. They won't let to speak to anyone that could help at the corporate level. Worst experience.

Best metro I have visited
