Don't just go in and buy a phone even if Metro says you are eligible for an upgrade, it does not cover the cost of the full phone. They will make it seem like that till you pick out a phone, then they drop the bombshell on you after you've already made up your mind to get a phone. All sales are final so you can't get a refund if you are unhappy. Ive been a customer of Metro for four years and never have been this Irate. 12gb of internal storage dedicated to useless apps like google. Phone crashed IN THE SETTINGS MENU! This is supposed to be a good phone for 175, this is outrageous.

Pathetic sold me a phone said they as looked like a manager was throwing in a free case I looked on my receipt and I was charged be honest especially when I could have gone elsewhere for a cheaper case !!! Won’t return!!!
