Came here 7/8/22 @ 7:49pm and it was closed. I thought they were suppose to be open till 8pm I guess they pick and choose their hrs whenever they want to be open. ?

When I signed up I was extremely happy with the customer service, efficiency, speed, and knowledge provided by the rep and manager. The manager was awesome! Coming back today to pay my phone bill, there wasn’t any transparency by the rep that I signed up with regarding the ACP that was supposed to be reflected on my bill. I would have been fine & understood if I was told beforehand I might have to pay the full amount, however, I was told that my payment would already reflect the ACP benefit and I’d only need that amount. I can’t afford the full amount because I wasn’t told I might have to pay it, which didn’t give me time to plan ahead when I’m already pinched on funds. Lack of transparency in regards to customers and their problems doesn’t seem very respectful or caring, only about the commission they make off of sign ups. They were also unwilling to change my plan to the cheapest one so I’d be able to pay it & still be able to pay for my car, which I need. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Due to the problems I’m facing because of this, I’m giving 1.

Cell phone service is good.DO NOT GET THEIR WIFI BOXES!!!!I HAVENT HAD MINE A WEEK YET AND ALL I DO EVERY SINGLE DAY IS RESET THE DARN THING TO MAKE IT WORK. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $55 FEE. ?

Upon arrival I was on tears. I was from out of town on medical issues w no way to get contact w providers. Marie was calm, introduce herself and walked me thru the process. I had to come back several times due to having to get loaner phone and Noni walked me and Marie they it w professionalism. Today I came to finalize everything and once again they were prompt, couetous and understanding to my situation. Thank you girls for easing my mind. You are my heroes! I recommend them to the not so smart about technology people!
