If I could give a zero I would. I went into this store and try to port my number to get the iPhone 12 deal for $99 plus service of course and was told that it It would be $250 which includes accessories I told the rep I didn’t want accessories. I just wanted the phone and the service then he turns around and said well if you don’t take that deal then it’ll be $450 but you’ll get 4 months of free service. Like what??!! That’s not free services, that’s me paying for service upfront! Like they really try to play me in that store. Definitely don’t recommend anyone going there!!

Horrible customer service not enough employees to assist the needs of customers coming in also very nasty people that work here including other customers honestly I would take my business elsewhere SMH!!!!.

My husband and I visited this location on 12/20. We returned on 12/22 because the phone hasn't been working properly. We went back because we wanted to return it and get a different phone. We were told that we weren't able to do so due to it being a upgrade. I told the gentleman that it was poor customer service. He then showed me the receipt stating that you are unable to return the phone. That's upsetting because we're not told that when I purchased the phone. I told him that we had initially wanted a different phone to begin with. The guy working insisted on us purchasing the current phone that we have now. The phone doesn't want to make calls. It shuts off on its own.The phone does whatever it wants. We were told that the phone we wanted would be delivered to the store today. I tried calling to confirm that the phone was there. I then got a message saying that the phone number on the receipt is unreachable. I googled the phone number and still was unable to contact anyone. Needless to say I am very angry. My advice is to be cautious if you purchase anything from this store.There has been nothing but problems with this phone. I paid for a phone and service that can't be used.

T-Mobile full of crap! They had a promotion on IPhones 12 buy 1 get one free! I pay for the IPhone 12 Pro Max so the other IPhone would be free. Right? Wrong! Now they are trying to say that the promotion was buy the Pro Max for $1200 and the other phone was $739. And After 19 months of paying I still owe them $118. I'm like WTF because why do I owe you all anything, the 2nd phone which is supposed to free, it shouldn't matter how much it cost? Now they want me to call the store in Beachwood, Ohio, to ask them what was the promotion. I talked to them of course it not what I was told but they don't have my signature on that contract. They are just like AT&T. If they offer you something free it's not! As soon as this contract is over that can kiss my Carmel a*** Please do not shop at the T-Mobile on Chagrin in Beachwood or the one in University with a salesman named Jamal. Big a** liars! These phone and cable companies are the most greedily. Like it was going to bankrupt their a** if they wiped out that bogus a** charge. I will be looking for another phone company and will put it up on here as a update! So be safe and beware of the flim flam of these so called promotions with hidden charges!

Finally, a store that offers Outstanding customer service! I went to the Metro on HWY 90 on a Friday evening, 15min from closing time and was told they could not help me because it was closing time. The employees here were friendly and attentive. I recommend this location!
