Joe is the personable, friendliest, knowledgeable, not to mention professional of all managers. He is truly a problem solver. He always greets you by name when u first walk in. He smiles so you feel welcome. He makes smarts suggestions. That is why I keep coming back to this particular location. I fully trust this person. Today, I brought my brother so he could meet Joe. We are extremely impressed with this guy! He is a very valuable asset to Metro! He is a Rockstar!!! Thanks for everything, Joe.

Came in this lil cutie mckenzie is so helpful and sweet I was trying to take the survey for her but didn't get it so I'm leaving this review she's out standing I'll always come to her very respectful. If you need anything at a metro I recommend her service at the metro on fm???

Finacé had to pay his bill in person. Mobile app wouldn't allow him to. They told him about a tablet. For I think $2.00 a month or something like that. I said it's ok-not now, babe.

I came in with an issue with my account and phone. The manager Joe was extremely helpful and patient with me. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I have been to two other metro stores and no one could be bothered to put in the effort to help me except Joe. He is so knowledgeable and amazing at his job. He made me feel valued and he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was ready to switch to another carrier until I spoke with him. He is the only reason I'm staying with MetroPCS. I had a negative experience at another store and was ready to give up and leave. Joe is the only reason I am staying with Metro. Please give this man a raise or promotion.He fixed my phone, eased my concerns and renewed my confidence in this company. I know now where to go when I have questions or concerns, straight to Joe.He is the only reason I am referring people to metro.Thank you Joe for always being kind and understanding and patient.

My initial review was DELETED by metro another NEGATIVE 0!!! STAY AWAY MILITARY MEMBERS!!!!!If I could give Metro PCS NEGATIVE 0 stars I would!!!!!! They need to be investigated and shut down entirely!!!!!!!As a serving member of the US Armed Forces this company is the absolute worse I’ve encountered for the endless years I’ve been serving; they are certainly NOT military friendly and I would advise EVERY service to member to discontinue services with this organization and save yourself the headache by seeking service else where or NOT seeking to render their services entirely.From lack of integrity, endless hours wasted with customer care & various store visits to owing me money and STILL WAITING on my issue to be resolved, this company needs to be discontinued for their DISHONESTY & inconvenience continuously encountered as a service member.The only positive aspect out of this ordeal is meeting Joe - the Manager and his counterpart Latasha. Joe deserves so much better than to work with this organization. Alongside his stellar customer service and professionalism he deserves a promotion or a raise for the limited capability and complex matters he has to resolve out of his control.Joe is the ONLY person in the entire Metro PCS organization I’ve dealt with after speaking with more than 6 plus individuals and still waiting over 6 plus months now for my issue to be resolved!!!!!I’ve visited his store about 4 times and he’s still trying to assist me with the limited capability his hands are tied with - all that METRO has the capability to FIX!!!!!!!!!Joe, I say a continued thank you! I’ll be posting another review and update on this matter while I still wait for my issue to be resolved with zero compensation and being still owed money.

Mr Joe is so Awesome/ Caring/ Patience/ Knowledgeable! His customer service is so Extraordinary! Metro PCS has a Hellva Captivating young man- Mr Joe- at the right job location- doing a job- that he does so very damn well! Mr Joe needs a raise!
